This is a great addition to the Westfield food offer. Great service and a fabulous healthy menu choice.
I think of le pain quotidien as being about open sandwiches and organic food but they have a wide range of breakfasts, lunches and all sorts of meals and snacks. I had avocado toast, mushrooms, scrambled eggs and chorizo, washed down with organic cider. Not cheap but fresh and so different to the usual cafe or restaurant fare.
Fantastic food which is mostly organic and they also have great organic wine and super bread.

This outlet is located on the G Floor of the Westfield Shopping Centre. LPQ is a Belgian bakery known for its bakery food. The theme of the restaurant is "organic". The scrambled eggs, egg omlettes, croissants, waffles, tartines, frittatas are just perfect. If you a beer lover, you can go in for the organic beer. The seating is elegant, thr service is quick and effecient. Another unique thing to order can be the French Soup. It does give you a touch of brussels in London. :) Overall a good place to dine before or after your shopping.
Nice to go to place for some coffee and pastries. Always quite full whenever I happened to passed it by, but once you're inside, it's actually quite easy to find seats. Most of the waiters and waitresses are very polite and nice. Would recommend it if you're looking for some cozy and warm place to rest and have a chat after feeling tired from all the shopping in Westfields.
I first came across Le Pain a few years ago in Westfield (White City). I loved their interior and big wooden tables- a bakery/communal feel! It’s probably one of the first few places I experienced sitting at the same table, next to complete strangers. I’m glad places like these have made Londoners accustomed to a communal feel and sharing the same space. Usually everyone gets a bit territorial. Like seriously, you won’t die! It’s okay to sit next to someone you don’t know or (*gasp* *horror*) talk to them. And places like Le Pain have proven that we can all co-exist, sit and eat in harmony! :P
Anyway, moving on to the food menu. I find their food is always fresh, healthy and the menu keeps on changing (daily specials etc) which keeps it quite interesting. One thing I’ve noticed with Le Pain (even though it’s a chain and I’m usually not a big fan of chains as they tend to be very generic and bland) is that the quality and taste of their food is consistent. Their staff is always cheerful so that’s an added bonus! So if I’m ever in a rut over where to go, can’t think of any place and there’s a Le Pain- I’ll go right in.
you should definitely try the tartines with grilled vegetables or smoked turkey: the vegetable one has beetroot humus which is a rare but brilliant idea. The venue is also convenient if you have some work to do with your tablet/laptop as it is away from the hassle of the crowd at the mall and the environment is cosy, and everytime you make your entrance, it definitely smells good!
I ordered a tartine: rosted vegetables with Mozarella di Bufala and it was absolutely delicious. If only the portion were bigger, so that I'd actually were filled, not just my appetite woken up! My friends also ordered tartines and everyone loved theirs, so it's not to be missed.
They also have good wines.
Next time I'll order pavlova!
Le Pain does a great cappuccino and cake. Had breakfast there with a cappuccino and cake. It's a lot chilled then other places that do coffee and breakfast/brunch. Highly recommended! Customer service is good too.
Lovely place to have afternoon tea, especially if you fancy scones or waffles. The price is quite reasonable in comparison to the lunch menu. Very nice atmosphere and decor and it is also quite spacious. Also very child friendly.
Tasty and good food. Some staff members are really friendly, some others a bit rude. Vegan friendly
Excellent food, good service.
Didn't like the cups without handles.
It's a nice place to have a break in the middle of the shopping craziness. The restaurant is spacious, cozy and quite quiet for the most of the day which makes it a decent place where to work or read. They have tasty food and good coffee too.
Not always enough staff (especially at the weekend) but delicious food.
My 7 year old son Elliot says “very good, especially the cinnamon spread called Speculoos. The croissants were very good too even when daddy opens them too wide! The hot chocolate is a bit too dark so be careful how much you pour in. The chocolate spread was amazing! Filipa was also very friendly.”
Lovely food,very relaxing place,friendly staff.
Very good costumer service, by the Italian waiter, most food was organic and also the drinks...
This chain rarely disappoints and the Westfield Shepherd's Bush branch is also very good. Good thing it wasn't packed on a Saturday morning! Pastries are really really good and all the other dishes don't disappoint. Prices are honest and the staff is very friendly. After a few years having trouble holding the hot bowls that they serve coffees, I still wonder why they serve them like that...
