Worst kfc I've been to. We were a group of six, and ordered a variety of meals. They asked if I wanted to add an extra chicken fillet to the rice box meal I ordered, I said yes and paid the extra, however they conveniently didn't add it to the box, which I realised when I got home. They also forgot
Me and my work colleague grabbed a box meal consisting of chicken burger, fries, small popcorn and a chicken strip with beans. The chicken strip was well overcooked, almost baked. Lids on drinks was not proper lids and we see a few people come out and the lids popping off spilling their drinks over
Not sure how a franchise store can be so bad compared to others. The chicken here is always left in the warmers for too long so ends up being completely dry and shrinking in size. Would recommend going to the KFC in Baker Street.

Terrible, my partners burger bun was burnt. The burgers slapped together and smashed flat. Tasteless and bland! Also I ordered still water and received sparkling… so in the bin it shall go cos we don’t drink that. Was looking forward to eating KFC after years, worst decision ever! Back to Nando’s I
Manzoor was very very helpful and nice and also made sure all the customers we’re getting their food fast. Very pleased with the service. Thanks to Manzoor.
Ordered some food because it was really late and no where else was open so got home the food was stone cold plus they gave us some stuff I think they wanted to get rid of like mashed potato in a tub with gravy in another tub which taste weird waste of money.
Not good at all. It's been a few days now and they still haven't got Lipton even though the drink is on the menu, and when I pointed this out they laughed and joked about it being lost in the months or something. Which brings me to the attitude of those employed here, casual, flippant and unapologe
