They make super yummy pizzas (I always go for a spicy no cheese authentic thin option), their deliveries are usually super quick.
But most importantly they treat customers with the utmost respect and attention. Their customer service and willingness to deliver the best service never fails to impress me. This rarely happens in London!
I want to say an extra special thank you to the store manager Zubeir! He is the best - super attentive, if I have a problem with the order I can call him and he patiently listens to me and puts things right. Thank you so much - Papa John’s New Kent Rd is lucky to have you as a manager!!! Definitely recommended.
Ordered a couple large pizzas from here. Arrived pretty quickly and hot. Cauliflower wings were delicious 👍
Just grabbed 2 pizzas and some drinks from this location. Came in under 30 minutes on a Saturday night. Tasted great and was still hot. My advice to ensure good service: leave a tip for your driver! They earn it and that extra motivation might make a difference in your food delivery experience :)
Very grateful for the exceptional service by Sujith. The pizzas here are good in taste and are generally fresh, price is OK, compared to other places.
Order delivery from here every month. The pizza is always good at reasonable price.

I had to review. I have been ordering from this place for over 3 years and at least twice per month... yes i love my pizza :). The customer service is exceptional, using my number they already know what i want to order. The pizza quality is great and very tasty. The delivery guys are always very polite and the pizza is always delivered early. The online delivery platform is also pretty convenient and easy to use.
Best PIZZA in the area if you ask me, the staff and manager were extremely friendly!
Exceptional and quick service!!! By accident I ordered the wrong pizza and within 30 minutes they sent my desired order without any extra charges. This is what customer service should be like for every single company.

We help at a local homeless shelter and the Missionary Sisters wanted to treat the needy residents to Pizza. Spoke to Mostafin at Papa Johns Elephant and Castle a few days prior who advised me how to go about placing the order and even gave me an extra discount because it was for the homeless. On the day, one of our volunteers phoned the payment, we requested the types of pizzas and more importantly needed to assure that the pizzas arrived exactly on time when dinner was being served at the shelter. As none of our volunteers were on site, it was worrying that the order may be wrong or that it may be delayed etc etc
Mostafin made the whole process seamless - the delivery was on time (in fact five minutes early) and even more amazing, the driver even phoned me to confirm he was delivering to the correct people in the shelter - absolutely top notch service. The icing on the cake was that the Sisters were very happy that their patrons enjoyed a special Christmas treat - the pizzas were delicious !
I was out late, see the lights on at Papa John's and thought yes, pizza will suit me fine to take home around the corner. Just right for a nice feed after a long night. Mist other places would be closed so was great to get a late night take away but they could probably have delivered it as well not sure what time they close but hard to find anywhere after 12 open. Even though this is central London. So well done Papa John's for being open a bit later and the staff were friendly and accepted my order and I enjoyed it when j got home. 5 stars! Thanks...
