Very good pizza! I've had many pizza in London and in Italy as well but that's without any doubt the best I've ever had. staff is really friendly and the food truck layout is stunning!!!!! must see, Must try it!
Good place for authentic Italian pizza. It's always best to eat it fresh out of the oven when the steam from the pizza and the enticing smell of fresh basil beckons you to take a bite without further ado.
I was born in Italy so I know all about real genuine Italian's pizza and I am very picky but I can honestly tell you that Sud Italia is one of the best pizza I ever ate in London not only that but at reasonable price and served by really professional and friendly staff !!! Well done guys best pizza Diavola in town !!!

Best pizza in London, seriously. In London you can find many pizza chains and restaurants that claim to be geniunly italian but if you really want to taste the proper italian pizza you definitely have to go to Sud italia, they're napolitan and apart of being very friendly they're great "pizzaiolos", plus it's really good value, the prices are totally affordable and the quality of their products is really good.
Excellent place for those who would like to try a good pizza.

The Best Pizza I've never eat (and I'm Italian); this is a very beautiful van, located into the Old spitafields market, with a so kind waitress and a very Good Italian pizza boy, who uses the typical products. High score about the hygiene, and good prices. I really suggest it!

I tried the viral folded pizza which is great value at just £5! Other pizzas on the menu were £11-£14.
The pizza took around 10/15 mins as it was very busy, but it was well worth the wait!
The base of the pizza is thin but the crust is thick, soft inside and crunchy outside. Rich tomato sauce and overall a great flavour!

One of the best pizzas I have had outside of Italy, and a pretty decent price for a margherita! The pizza dough is beautifully charred and has a lovely flavour. The tomato base is slightly sweet and very fresh. The mozzarella is sensational, gloriously gooey which hardens slightly as it cools to provide the perfect texture and mouth feel. The basil on top is a great addition also. It's also super speedy to whip up and you can watch it be made right in front of you! We were lucky to get seating on a bench nearby in Spitalfields Market to enjoy this masterpiece I cannot wait to go back, and plan to try their famous wallet pizza next time!
September 2023 Update - I have been to Sud Italia before, having their Classic Margherita and really enjoying every aspect of it - the pizza dough, tomato, and mozzarella. I returned recently to try their pizza portafoglio and was again, definitely not disappointed. This had the same freshness as the Margherita I had previously, the tomatoes the perfect level of sweetness, the cheese plentiful and lovely in flavour, and the dough perfectly cooked and slightly charred on the edges - a true neapolitan pizza! I would say to be a bit careful when eating this, as it can get a bit messy and the centre can be very hot (as that's where much of the sauce and cheese is!). Nevertheless, the taste is definitely worth getting a little bit messy, so I will definitely be returning and recommend anyone grabbing a bite from here - especially at the incredible price of £5!!!!
I loved the Neapolitan pizza in London. I picked the marinara pizza, which had a wonderful and sweet sauce. I also wanted to try the folded pizza, which I thought was their signature dish. I missed it on the main menu, and I learned later that it was on a separate menu below the counter. They should maybe consider putting this on the main menu.
They couldn’t fold the regular pizzas because they had too much sauce. I was a little surprised by this, as I was interested in the folded pizza. But the regular pizza was amazing and I look forward to coming back for the folded one. The customer service was warm and sincere. Very reasonable prices as well.
The place serves a £5 folded pizza - it is very basic pizza with cheese and tomato. When the pizza is freshly made it is hot and crispy. Tasted yummy. They do other pizzas as well where it was made fresh at the little food truck. Good place around this Spitalfields market .

Having walking by this stand a number of times at this point, I finally gave in to trying out the £5 Neapolitan folded pizza that the stand offers — and I do NOT regret in the slightest!
The pizza dough itself was phenomenal, the staff was friendly and overall I left with the biggest smile possible.
Truly an immaculate and extremely recommended experience if you’re in the area!

I tried the popular £5 Pizza A Portofoglio, and it was amazing, decent portion size, very fresh, hot and tasty oozing with fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella. Service was great the cashier and chefs were friendly and helpful, after you pay you queue up and wait for the ticket no to be called. Be warned it gets very busy at lunchtime. Overall this is honestly the best value you can get for your money in all of Spitalfields market compared to the other food vendors.
Typical Italian pizza. It was hot and very tasty. I would recommend this pizza if you are a fan of the real Italian taste.

As a Napolitan, this is one of the best pizzas I've had outside of Naples.
The dough is very light, and the perfect balance in between crispy and floppy. The ingredients are very good, and the price is quite reasonable.
Decent pizza, base was impeccable 👌 mozzarella was a bit salty for me which ruined the experience a bit - was glorious once I picked it off though, so will get a marinara next time 🍕
