Bread was always fresh, and good, but I have to say the price of bread were kinda over priced, and if you eat in the shop you have to pay more. Take out will be a bit cheaper, that I don’t know why🙄

Great location for visiting the nearby Design Museum. We enjoyed Gail's cinnamon buns and cappuccino - two of each came to a total of £16. The cappuccino was at the perfect temperature - not scalding hot, like it is at other places. It's difficult to get a seat here at weekends but you never know, you may time it perfectly and strike it lucky! We paid extra to sit in but others nearby were eating out of bags and drinking from paper cups - not good to not support the cafe if you're sitting in.

Have always dropped by Gail's when in London. Always a wonderful sight to see their pastries and options all laid out. Loved their cinnamon roll and also their ham and cheese croissant. Limited seating though.

Amazing place to grab a quick bite and then head to Holland park. The coffee was great and has great variety. But their most amazing offering was their chocolate chunk cookie. Great portion size as compared to the price. Really great value for money. Highly recommended to anyone out and about in the Kensington High street area.

The Avocado Toast and Baked eggs were delicious, but the Blueberry and Custard Tart was disappointing. It looks much better than it tastes. However Great Coffee and Quick Service always makes Gails a good choice.

Very good coffee, the spinach roll is delicious. Our 7 year old boy enjoyed his Salmon bagel and apple juice. Will return here again, recommended for lunch and coffee

OMG!!! I've just eaten the most amazing croissant I've ever had!!! Cheese and ham filled croissant is absolutely divine and heavenly for the taste buds, 😇. My mocha's lovely too, 🤣.

Good choice of croissants, crispy and fresh. I would recommend the chocolate and almond croissant, interesting combo. Also, the blueberry custard brioche is great too. Coffee is good but not great, there are some independent stores nearby with better tasting coffee.

I had coffee and a pastry here and both were really good and the mocha I ordered felt personal to my taste because I chose whether it was milk or dark chocolate and I ordered it with oat milk - it tasted lovely! I also got a choc chunk cookie to go which was tasty too!

Situated at the very beginning of High Street Kensington, Gail’s presents, in itself, an ideal family bakery. With queues swirling outside and the indulgent smell of freshly made patisserie luring you in, Gail’s never fails to leave your tastebuds satisfied. My go to order is always their soft yet flavourful latte and a warm almond croissant. We mustn’t forget about the Gail’s loyalty cards which treats you to a free cup of coffee or sourdough loaf on your tenth purchase of said item.

Lovely place to go for breakfast, lunch or just to get a coffee. The food is quite fresh and high quality. The boxed salads are scrumptious and healthy for a picnic takeaway. Baked items are delicious as well and there are a whole lots of options to suit any pallette. It is our go to place for Sunday morning breakfast and we particularly love the French toast and scrambled eggs.

Excellent and cozy bakery, you can find all types of breads and pastries, yogurts, salads, soups, drinks, etc. I really like the atmosphere of this shop, not too noisy, perfect to read your book or work/study. It was a cold day when we visited, so stopping here was a perfect choice for a little break from walking. The cappuccino is really nice and enjoyed the brownie, the lemon cake and the Sultana muffin.
