A place where I find decent coffee for all my mornings!
Just when you enter the cafe, there’s this rich coffee aroma that opens your eyes wide and gives you a blessed morning feels.
The coffee is decent, have it with their toasted breads which are fresh and crisp and your day is already made.
Caffè Nero has the best hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows. It’s perfect for the cold london weather. But didn’t like their cappuccino as much. Their coffee bean
has an after taste for some reason. But overall it’s a lovely place to just chill and read a book or meet a friend for coffee.
Had a great pistachio frappe 😋 as an after dinner drink. The atmosphere was calm and the service was quick.

The coffee is good, and the bakery is fresh. There is a great atmosphere, the staff is friendly. The seats are various and comfortable. It's a good place to spend time.
Was served by the friendliest staff, and drank three times, double espressos with blend from Salvador👍🏼
Hello lovely’s🌹❤️, you should try the white chocolate mocha is so delicious and sweet, on point ☕️☕️❤️🌹💯thank you
Great place, I had the white chocolate mocha with cream on top☕️☕️💯🌹❤️, polite staff member, atmosphere is great💯
Nice Caffè! Great customer service! And so good Flat white! 😋 👌
I suppose the best thing I can say about these chain cafes is that it's possible to just walk in and sit there mindlessly and no one will ask you to move on. Usually there's a good collection of comfortable seats available, which is great.
The coffee is on the whole better than Costa...but really not that great, it's such a shame.
Rarely would I visit a coffee chain store nowadays,..it's just that today, I needed a rest after walking about Westfield's for hours.
I would much rather walk into an independent good café with a passionate and experienced barista ... to spend my hard earned money. Especially at the high coffee prices.
This particular Cafe Nero had no toilet facilities, apparently it's because they are part of the Westfield complex, so they don't need to have toilets. You are asked to use Westfield's toilets, which are situated within the complex.
My barista made me, as best he could, my coffee to my own personal instructions, which I truly appreciated. Thank you...thus the four stars are all his. The coffee was indeed okay, it really was.. but unfortunately I had to add sugar, certainly not a good sign.
Cafe Nero needs to put passion back into its business plan, it's a time for change. All feels very'Old Hat' compared with the amazing independent places out there in the big world.
Luckily for Nero... there wasn't a choice for me today, so I sat and drank my coffee, took as long as I liked, didn't feel pressured to move on...thus my five star review.
The staff are always helpful and friendly, i believe its a reflection of the manager (tall lady) really helpful and hands on, the team work is obvious. The hot drinks are far better than Starbucks, especially the Belgian hot chocolate. Always felt happy with the service and drinks at this branch.
Not much choose for vegan as regards vegan. Drink all good . They should clean the tables as soon as customers leave
Normally I don't like cafe Nero coffee as its comes too strong for me, but once I have tried frapucino it have changed my opinion
Delicious coffee but slow service!
A highstreet staple, who sell quality coffee and highstreet prices.
Great coffee
Great Iced drinks
Good range of sandwiches, snacks and cakes.
The team onsite are friendly, speedy and helpful.
The place can get busy at lunchtime and tables are usually left a little untidy and dirty with spilled drinks and crockery, is my only complaint.
Had the Belgian chocolate and hazelnut cream frappe. It was not extremely thick and a little bit too sweet for my taste, but it was absolutely delicious.
Love a single shot Cortado to start my day. As much as I like the competition too, I'll always end up in Nero's out of preference mostly because the decor has a much less modern feel and you feel like that you are sitting in an old coffee shop (especially the Ipswich Caffe).
Holy Cow, There was no washroom. Would never visit again
Had the belgium frappe latte and the hot latte. The flavour was very robustic and mild strong for coffee lovers !
