If you like cat's, you have to visit! It's absolutely amazing. The staff and cat's are very friendly. We loved it and can't wait to visit for a furry cuddle next time we are in London. The food and drink are very generous portions too, but if I'm being honest, we only really went for the cats and we weren't disappointed, a big piece of cake is just a bonus.

Friendly staff and cats. Nice cakes for dessert and colourful hot drinks. Must for cat lovers to sit and chat with the critters walking around just like home. If you want to stroke and hold cats, go get your own & stop complaining. It's just to sit and enjoy their company as they will come to you when they want to.

Truly enjoyable experience with these little fellows and staff were so friendly and informative. A thumb up to the gentleman who made the super tasty (not too sweet) rosy flower patch latte and the lavender coffee ice latte. Thanks for the staff team who provided all useful info, ie the name of all lovely cats, their habits and their napping spots. Truly respect the house law and rules. Snowy was the superstar at my visit đŸș and Albert (or Albow?) was so friendly and took a nap on my lap. Will definitely be back (and make sure I book an off peak time visit again)

I first came here when it originally opened as London Cat Village back in 2015, but the revamp/rebrand to This Is A Coffee Shop (With Cats) seems to have been worthwhile. My main reluctance for visiting any sooner was the faint cat pee smell that used to hit you as you walked in, this has now been completely eliminated and the setting is now a tasteful and comfortable refinement on the original, with more levels and areas for the cats to sit on and/or explore around patrons. The food is delicious, even though it's a little pricey for what it is, but I put that down to the added cost of caring for 15 beautiful cats. The Cheese God (a delicious mix of melted cheeses and kimchee inside a buttery croissant) is undoubtedly worth a try. With the amount of attention the cats receive it should come as no surprise that they all appear extremely well cared for and they're all well-groomed and exceptionally soft. It's also nice to see such a diverse range of cat breeds too, they're aren't any standard moggies here, these cats all boast an exotic streak. Observe the house rules and you can still snap away to your heart's content; if cats come to you, then by all means stroke them. Just don't be like that red-head with the braces in Finding Nemo, you're a visitor in their domain so, so long as you don't upset their routines or sleep patterns you might get lucky and have a new furry friend joining you for afternoon tea. The staff are also perfectly polite and impressively patient considering the number of patrons who bend the rules and disturb the sleeping cats. They're also up for a chat if you have any questions about the cats too. If you're looking for a place to come and cuddle some cats, this is not it. If you want a nice place to grab a bite or a coffee with a friend, or perhaps do some work in calming setting, check this place out, you'll leave with a smile on your face.

Beautiful place with exquisite food. The atmosphere was relaxed and cute cats were sleeping all around. When you were quiet and still enough the cats would trust you enough to come over for a pat. Understandably, petting the cats needs to be on the cats terms as otherwise they would be manhandled all day which wouldn’t be a very nice for them. As there are many cats, you’ll very likely get a little affection from one. The staff were friendly and talked about the names and background of the cats.

We had such a good time at this place! There was one particular cat that was the star of the show, that came around to say hi a few times. Really enjoyed him! The cake was delicious and the coffee fantastic. I didn't have high expectations because I know cats like to do their own thing but it exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and seem to make an attempt to be sure each guests had a good experience. It was a little pricey but we were on a holiday and it was something unique to do. ÂŁ5 entry added to the bill but it goes to the care of the cats. They make you aware of this beforehand.

I completely understand and respect your rules, prices and all. I sat quietly and abided the rules. The one thing I didn't like is that even though you're paying a lot of money, going by the rules, being gentle, nice and quiet, the waitress came to our table after 25~ minutes and told us "just a heads up - you have 10 more minutes". 5 minutes after that she already gave us the bill without asking. paying for 1 hour and hearing that made me feel like i paid money just to get kicked out. if - and this is the best reasoning (but still a bad thing) - she did that because she wasn't aware of what time our booking was, then you should fix that. if she did know we still had 30 minutes left and tried to get us to leave before our time was up then that's just a rip off.
