It has improved so much that you can enjoy your pint outside with music too.
Very nice staff there, landlady needs to put a smile on her face though.

Popped in, with no previous experience of the pub and not having been in Woodford for 20 years or so.
Surprise, the pub was welcoming, light banter as much on tap as a range of beers and lagers.

This is a nice friendly traditional pub. It's good for watching sports or playing pool. They also have a jukebox! It's not really the place to go for an evening out with the missus but everyone's friendly and has a decent atmosphere
One of the few pubs locally with a dart board - 2 teams in the Walthamstow league. Pub very supportive.
Bigger inside than you think looking at the front. Pool table and Sky Sports.
Friendly bar staff. Tables and benches out front and back.
