The service in this place was absolutely amazing ❤❤.
Food was great, atmosphere friendly and relaxed.
But what made the evening was the staff!... Shenai was my waitress and her smile and confidence made my evening her smile and laughter was so refreshing. Her recommendation for the food and dessert were on point.
Freya the manager was so easy to talk too...
I would 100 percent go back there..

This was only my second time dining at Chicago Rib Shack, my first time at this location though. My visit with my family couldn't have been better. The food and atmosphere was absolutely amazing. From start to finish Kate took care of our every need. She's an absolute credit to the business. Such a bubbly personality and somebody who thoroughly enjoys her work. Thank you once again for an amazing visit, we look forward to returning soon. 🤗🤗
Came on a Wednesday night, it was reasonably quiet and we were greeted by a very cheery man - who I think was the manager. We had a voucher deal which helped narrow down the menu :) The super spicy chicken wings were super spicy and juicy, and the ribs were melt in your mouth GOOD. Cheesecake to finish and you had to roll me out of there. Great service, great music, great food. Go.
Great place to eat! I've been a couple times to have lunch and both times was a treat. The ribs are absolutely amazing the way the meat just falls right off the bone.
The are all lovely, including the manager. The fact that I can use either my student discount or Meerkat meals is great!!
Place was empty at the time we visited so great service. The Baby back Ribs were melt in the mouth. The only downside was the over cooked fries, both the potato and the sweet potato versions. Would certainly visit again.
Warm welcome and good service. The food was good and portions were decent. The toilet cleanliness wasn’t up to my standards and the music was a bit too loud for us hence the 4 stars.

Service was great, food was tasty.. Kids meals were good bake. We used meerkat meals to get 50% off the food bill but souks have been expensive for what we had otherwise.
went to celebrate birthday of my little one. The ambience was great and the food was amazing .When manager sumit came to us and came to know we are there to celebrate the birthday of my little one and he wished us and then he suprise our little one with his favourite cheesecake.loved it
