I had my wedding party here at the beginning of June. We had it in the garden house and it was absolutely amazing. We had 25 of our family and friends. The food was lovely and the staff did everything they could to make it special. We decorated it in the morning and plugged an iPod into the tv for music. The drinks were very expensive but it's a wedding so we didn't mind. We put money behind the bar for our guests. They set up a champagne reception at the door for us as we arrived. They also made some food vegan for our guest. The garden is so pretty and big.The whole day was perfect. Thank you to all the staff for being helpful and so friendly.
Favorite pub in Ealing. Absolutely love the atmosphere, drinks, and staff. Dog friendly! Our little dog Pumpkin enjoys coming here and sitting by the fire. Highly recommend this adorable pub!
We visit London Ealing from Canada at least twice per year and The Grange is one of our must visits at least 3-4 times. The venue is wonderful: comfortable, inviting and the garden area in the summer is especially an inviting spot for a pint. The staff are friendly and the food is very good. Our favourite pub
First visit here for a long time, great atmosphere, all staff very friendly and looked like they enjoyed working there. We had burgers and sausage and mash, both very tasty and good size portion. They were also very dog friendly and made a real fuss of our sons new puppy. We will be back here a lot as a great venue in particular on a sunny June day. Well done The Grange!
YMCA West London had our Christmas party in the Reading room above the pub last Friday. The food was delicious, friendly staff & great atmosphere! We've also reserved space in the conservatory which is bright & airy & such a lovely place for a drink or bite to eat. Thank you Barbara & team for a lovely time. Thumbs up from us!
We were here to listen to our son James Cheney do his uni performance. The staff were friendly , the food was great and delivered to us very quickly. A thoroughly enjoyable evening!
Love The Grange , always a great atmosphere & something going on . Land lady is great & loves Dogs 🐕 🐕 😊 food is great too 👍
First visit there,as recommended by my son. Great atmosphere, with friendly staff. Food was excellent too
Enjoyed a lovely Sunday roast here today with the family... Excellent food and the staff were really friendly.. Loved the fact that's it's a dog friendly pub too. Will be back soon xx
A lovely place to hang around with friends, nice ambiance , great food and amazing wine. Loved to place to be to be myself and enjoy. Would certainly recommend this place when around.
Fantastic pub with lovely ambience and top class food. The little backyard garden is so pretty and indoors is perfectly cozy, making it a this place great to hangout in all seasons. The seafood platter is a favourite, so are the spicy chicken wings. They have a stunningly and cold desert selection & for a bite from here I totally can cheat my diet plans to gratify my sweet tooth. Highly recommended!
love this pub!! been living in Ealing for more than 2 years and never knew that such a great English pub was "down the road". food is delicious and not expensive. good ambient and atmosphere. definitely recommend it.
Loved the ambience & feel of the pub. This was my 1st time to any English pub & the 1st time I tried "ale". I just loved the architecture of the pub. Just like authentic British architecture. Very courteous service.
Excellent Sunday roasts, one of best roast chickens I ever had, with very kind, beautiful and attentive service on several occasions. Scallops starters were lovely and very appetising, followed by classic fish and chips, all expertly prepared in generous portions. Lovely, sociable garden, weather permitting for drinks.
The Grange was a good dining experience - not exceptional, but it certainly fulfilled our needs. It involved quick service, good food, and lots of it; plentiful portions is always a good factor in my eyes (which are barely ever too big for my stomach).
The ambiance encouraged informality and a relaxed feel, despite there being a room that was clearly meant for conferences, business lunches, etc. A warm and friendly feeling permeated throughout the main bar, as well. Good stuff.
Although the wait was a bit long on a Saturday, I had the best ever fish and chips. The batter was extremely crispy while the haddock was moist. This 152 year old DOG FRIENDLY pub is preserved so well with beautiful chairs and natural light. It's really clean and airy. It is very close to Ealing Commons Station. Parking restrictions are lifted during the weekend.
Very good Sunday roast dinner. Great staff. Environment very relaxed, clean and tidy.
Outside area as well. Dogs welcomed .
Photo isn’t the best. Asked for an extra Yorkshire pudding and they kindly did.
I actually went for the three meats but only had the two. Not a fan of pork. So had beef and chicken.
The Grange was recommended by our Airbnb host as a good place for dinner and drinks, he was not wrong. In a 10 day stay we went back 3 times, twice to eat. The place was uniquely decorated, with every table using different furniture. They also have a large patio to enjoy the great weather. The staff were friendly and quick. There was a good selection of beers to choose from as we could sample each of them until we found one we liked. The food was excellent. One of my favorite fish and chips. The fish was large and meaty with a crispy batter. The wings, while small (in Canada we have large chicken wings) were perfectly cooked and sauced. The prawns were big. The dirty fries were awesome and are a definite repeat. If I make it back to London I'll be making my way back to The Grange for dinner and drinks.
My parents came from Italy to visit so we had a big reunion with all my friends. 22 people. The staff was so friendly and helped me organise the whole event. Had a wonderful time and amazing Sunday roasts! Everyone was happy at the end!
Had a great time. Came here on the weekday. Free parking Monday to Thursday after 7.30pm. Food was delicious, staff were friendly. I would recommend to book a table. There’s a nice outdoor beer garden area which is dog friendly.
Nice friendly pub with plenty of outdoor seating.
The building itself is lovely, really good selection of drinks. Food menu looks good but haven't tried it yet.
Toilets were a bit stinky but not awful.
Lots of dogs in the beer garden which was nice.
We were there for a birthday party. Great service and ambiance. The waiter did a great job as we were a big group.
The food was ok, not as amazing as we expected, but we had the cake to make up for :) Still good though.
Highly recommend it!
Beautiful pub on the corner of Ealing Common. Very cosy and it has a large garden which is the perfect space on a nice day. Paid street parking is available just opposite on the part of Warwick Road that runs through the Common.
They also have a couple of spaces to hire for private events, including a separate building in the garden (which we were in). It's the perfect space for a party!
This is my local pub. I really want to give it 5 stars as I go there quite regularly. But as much as I wanted to, the food has 4 stars quality.
I had pulled pork burger with chips (£18) - fairly tasty, a pint of beer (£7) and apple crumbled with ice cream (£7) which wasn’t great.
The pub is great for a date night, a get together with friends, and even family dinner.
Classic, very cozy, english pub. One of the best in Ealing. Indoor tables with outdoor area.
We had some wine with a few starters. Food and service were amazing. Highly recommend this place.
