First and foremost, the staff members were really friendly; I waited in line and saw that every order was made with a smile.
I got the cookie dough ice cream with the banana pudding ice cream. Really delicious! I enjoyed the ice cream, which had a banana bread and butter flavour, and the soft, warm cookie was to die for. It was definitely something unique, and the great thing is that it was completely vegan!
I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. I chose the burnt caramel ice cream in the marshmallow cone which was delicious. Unfortunately there was no where to wash your hands as your hands do get sticky as the ice cream melts.
Yummy desserts, even the waffle is so buttery and tastes so fresh. Service is outstanding, the staff called Julia even helped me and brought my order outside by where I was parked up since I had quite a few orders and couldn't carry it all. She offered to help and bring them out, even though the shop was busy. She went out of her way and helped me. Will definitely come back again.
If you're in doubt, eat ice cream! 🇬🇧🍦
I went to Chin Chin Ice Cream located in Soho, and yes, it is the best spot for an ice cream date with your loved ones! ❣️
It's a fun way to cool down on a summer day. The little place is cozy and has modern vibes. 🌟
The staff is also friendly and helpful. 💓
I ordered a wonderful Marshmallow Waffle Cup with strawberry shiso ice cream and strawberry sauce, a Sundae Cup with Mango Lassi Ice cream, topped with hazelnut sand, and lastly, the scrumptious Vegan Griddled Cookie Dough.
The Soho Chin Chin is in a great location with the shop having just the right amount of space to get in and out. The staff were really friendly and when we made a mistake with our order they resolved the issue with a smile.
We ordered the cookie dough with the banana pudding ice cream and some pistachio/cardamom crumble on top. The whole thing was delicious! I especially enjoyed the ice cream - it gave me a banana bread and butter type flavour. Definitely something different and to top it off it was all vegan.
Super happy with our experience and will be back soon 😊
Very different and interesting flavors! The strawberry flavor wasn’t that great, however, the other flavors were superb! One downside is that the place doesn’t accept cash and is cards only. So keep a credit or debit card handy if you intend to visit. Apple Pay works too, at least that’s what I used.
We visited Chin Chin Soho branch on our trip to London and had the best Tiramisu sundae ever! ☕️🍨 So good and different than any other Tiramisu cake we forgot to take pictures as we ate so quickly, would highly recommend this dessert. Then we came back again to get brownie cookie sandwich with Tonka Bean ice cream, latte, and signature hot chocolate 🍫☕️🍪 all were delicious. Thank you again Julia and Aurore for the best hospitality and a good chat! Will be back when next time in London!
By far the best ice cream I've ever had. From texture to taste, it was divine!
Second time I went there I got the Waffle Ice Cream and for the money it's almost too much to eat! Really really good.
Only issue is the heat. Druing the heatwave it was hotter inside the store than outside, making it an uncomfortable eat in experience. It seems they couldn't even keep the ice cream from melting in the store, so they really need to fix their aircon system.
Absolutely delicious sticky toffee pudding and brown butter caramel ice cream. The store is in a good location and close to soho square. The only note to mention is the options are somewhat limited in terms of ice cream flavours. There’s no vanilla or chocolate, or basic flavours it’s all unique. I would also skip the toppings bc I think it’s too much with the toppings. The ice cream and hot desserts are where it’s at I think. Or just ice cream on its own.
Such delicious flavours (really recommend the sticky toffee, strawberry and burnt butter caramel ice cream) in a cozy and clean sitting space (so rare for Soho)! Thank you to the lovely staffs Bea and Aurore who kindly recommended the best sellers and were super friendly - will be back 🌟
We got the Marshmallow with the ice cream and waffle. The combination was great and it was quite sweet but I loved it. It is a small shop but has a variety of dessert and I would definitely go again and recommend going to try the unique dessert.
Amazing ice creams and lovely staffs from Chinchin! Personally love the strawberry flavor the most, and also the sticky toffee pudding is super nice!!! Best sticky toffee I ever have💖 Also thanks for Julia&Aurore&Bea&Sophie’s sweet service!!!
Really nice place to take a break. This pink drink is also really perfect for summer. Thanks Bea for recommending me this. And also appreciate Sophie and Aurore’s awesome service. I will definitely go to this place again.
Came here a while back because I just had to try their famous hot chocolate with marshmallow fluff. Though, it was a spectacle to behold, no doubt; I just found it to be a bit overwhelmingly sweet for my tastes. Other than that, amazing stuff 🤩 7/10
This was my first time at Chin Chin! A friend of mine had recommended it knowing that I was a tough critic for ice cream. I’m not a big toppings guy so I chose the banana pudding ice cream flavor and got the marshmallow waffle cone. OMG!!! Talk about mind blown! Never thought melted marshmallow with ice cream would be this good. I just want to Thank Javin who helped me with creating the perfect Monday cheat day meal. I can’t wait to come back! Im telling all my friends about Chin Chin in Los Angeles. Thank you Chin Chin!! Thank you Javin!! 🤯🍨
Visited today after wanting to try for ages. Definitely didn't disappoint. So so tasty and Julia was so friendly and made us feel really welcome. So delicious! Can't wait come back
