Ahhhh there is no where ever than Brixton station. Jeff the Chef. Definitely the tastiest Jerk Chicken, Peppered Steak, Oxtail and probs the best ever Guiness Punch. Love this place. Love how they use Gungo peas in the Rice n Peas. This place is popping. You can't go Bricky without trying a lil munch from this place.

I’m not easy to please so If your looking for authentic Jamaican meals this spot offers the best in Brixton yess I said it!!! The food is 10/10, the staff couldn’t be more polite every meal tastes like it’s been prepared for a family dinner on Sunday & not mass produced!! If your talking to me regarding yard food & it’s not Jef The Chef sorry but you are wasting your breath!

Delicious! The curry goat is fantastic and the jerk chicken is also a winner. Have been back many times since first coming across them. Each time I finish my meal completely satisfied. Would highly recommend. I will be back again and again.

We brought multiple meals for famalay while having a day out in POP celebrating BLACK HISTORY MONTH..a little bit of a wait but worth it for the Delicious food and good potion size! Recommend anytime in Brixton for Carib food..Going back to yam my Pattie now 😜

I was passing through the area (from Heathrow to Brixton) when I stumbled across this little shack. The lamb patties were home made and packing loads of flavour, the festivals were crunchy, fresh with a hint of cinnamon and the rice and peas with steam veg with the secret sauce was amazing! Will definitely travel this way again just for the food!

Legendary place serving superb Jamaican food; absolutely everything on the menu is worth trying. Portions are generous and prices very reasonable, with large meals costing no more than £6.50. Prompt and efficient service, Jeff and everyone who works here are always very friendly, not to mention the people in the queue, many of whom love to have a natter while you're waiting. Speaking of the queue, this place is so popular at lunchtimes that if you don't time it right, there can be a long wait to get served, but that is testament to how good and universally loved the food is. Highly recommended, this is one of the best places in Brixton for lunch or dinner.
