The best place for a nice date. So I visited this place a lot of times and what I noticed was that I was surrounded by couples most of the time.
Though I went there for some short meetings but they are full of couples.
Good sized Costa but it was quite dark inside - needs some better lighting. Typical experience otherwise. Plenty of seating with some outside tables too.
Super comfy chairs in the back half of the facilty. Quiet, with good use of space and comfort, not cramped together like other stores I've visited. Staff was super friendly and made a great cup of coffee. They delivered my cup to the table for me, which I greatly appreciate as a Handicapable person. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Atmosphere was warm and relaxing. It was a good calm in the middle of my busy day.

I went in to grab a hot drink and quick snack ahead of an evening business meeting. Lovely customer service from Dayana who was welcoming and couldn't do enough for me. I will definitely pop in again when I'm next in Holborn. I was really impressed, and I rarely say this.
Friendly, hardworking staff. Love to come into this branch to order my coffee, and read a nice book.
We visited 24th February at 4pm. Very friendly staff, the girl who was working (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was really nice to my grandson. Great service and delicious latte. Definitely use this Costa again.
Tidy, clean Costa. Staff is friendly, not too busy with a plenty of seats. They start to close earlier than the opening time.
Nice place to chill,have a coffee,latte,ice cool drink,toasted cheese and ham 🥪😋. Whatever you fancy!
And Big Plus is that, the staff were very welcoming, respectful and gave the place that added warm feeling 🤗 definitely go there again when I'm working at the theatre again.👏🏻

It might not be as spacious or fancy as other Costas in London, but this is my favourite one. The staff are helpful and friendly. There’s always plenty on offer, and the bathroom is spotless.
