Liverpool is one of the gigantic station in london. There are central lines, underground, overground rails all connected. The station is spic and span, the staff is really helpful in terms of guiding the passengers. There are many food outlets to binge on, there is a sitting area, the station is very organized.

A very accessible station for trains, buses and underground routes. Lift access and lots of information and support advisor by friendly staff. Good shipping facilities for food, snacks and last minute gifts (though some come at a price!) The ticket office is efficient but beware lost property will charge you to get you stuff back!

One of London's busiest commuter train stations. It serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith and City and Metropolitan Underground lines along with the Overground and the new Elizabeth Line. You can also use the National Rail service that connects you to the Eastern part of the UK. There are many shops, food and drink outlets within the station. The station is well sign posted with directions and departure boards helping you to get around and to locate your train's platform. Toilet facilities are to a satisfactory standard. All the staff from the gate guards to the cleaners are friendly and hard working. Escalators and lifts are there to assist disabled passengers and people with luggage. The modern glass roof offers plenty of natural light into the station during the day and the station is well lit from inside for when it gets dark.

Fantastic station! Easy navigation, simple ticket buying process, and zero tolerance on unpaid travel (watch out for fines!). Snacks and fast food galore at the station, but plenty of great eating and drinking options just a few minutes walk away. Helpful staff make it a breeze to use. Highly recommended!

Great station to get connections to other main stations. The architecture is beautiful and can accommodate loads of people. There are information centers around and staff are friendly and helpful at anytime. Toilets are free of charge and there are water fountains to fill up water. Plenty of trains here and it can be confusing but follow directions and itll be easier.
