Ordered here for dinner last week after hearing good things and was not disappointed, In fact the food was Amazing. On a first glance this place can seem little pricey compared to other burger shops however it's surely made up in the quality of what you receive right from the delicious bun and the thick cut chips ( only thing is they could be a little crisper) Milkshakes were Brilliant too. If your thinking about your dinner tonight while reading this then look no further, You won't be disappointed.
Staff in the shop was pleasant and friendly to. Well done to you all!
Having one day received the flyer from these guys, I was finally tempted by their pictures. And boy oh boy, I wasn't disappointed...
I ordered the Under Boss. Meat was full of taste, I mean it was absolutely amazing. The vegetables tasted fresh, and don't get me started on the Sesame bun. Most of the burgers I ever ate, fall apart by the time I manage to get a bite. Not this place, their burgers have a solid crispy bun that only adds to the great taste! This actually feels like a bun and not some soggy substitute.
The chaps that own it have been here for a couple months, and you can tell they're amazing by the queue of locals inside. It might be a bit of a wait, but believe me it is more than worth it. Give them a chance.
Also the chips were fried to perfection. I mean these guys definitely know what their doing. Although beware... The portions are rather filling!
Ordering again next Saturday!

So here's my Wiseguys story...
This is the second time I have ordered from Wiseguys and it was extremely busy on the phone line so I ordered via hungry house to collect.
When I went to collect it was busy in store with people ordering and coming to collect their orders, the chef had about 10 burgers on the go on the grill! All the staff were rushed off their feet, it's great to see that this business is doing so well!
I ordered a minted lamb burger & Jack Daniels burger. Unfortunately they had just run out of mint sauce for the lamb burger so apologised and asked me what sauce I'd like as an alternative but I didn't really have a clue so the chef whipped up a sauce to put in there and I was told that if I didn't like it I could have a free burger next time I order. I don't know what he put in that burger but it tasted like Big Mac sauce, and we all know that EVERYONE loves Big Mac sauce 😍 so I was very, very happy with the taste! My partner gave the thumbs up for his burger too. The chips were also lovely, and surprisingly not greasy like I expected them to be.
So well done guys and keep up the good work, I could see you were all working so hard. Looking forward to trying something different next time 😊
Amazing experience last night. Finally somewhere in Feltham which serves amazing food, clean, professional and extremely friendly. Visited last night to grab a burger for my wife and I. Never visited the place before but heard good reviews. I was politely greeted by Tony who took the time to explain the menu in a friendly and approachable manner. Food was cooked to perfection and with no delay. To top it all off, I was offered a discount..what more can you ask for? Will most certainly return again and happily pay full price again and again. Thanks Wise Guys and thank you Tony.
Wow, I can't believe I've been walking and driving past this place for such a long time and it turns out to be 10/10.
Ordered a chesse burger with chips yesterday, the burger was fresh and juicy made just right. I placed the order over the phone and I like the fact they didn't pack my chips and let them sit in the bag to get soggy, but wait till you get there. Its little things like this that make the difference.
Brilliant customer service from the guy with glasses and the girl next to him. Shop and floor very clean.
Underrated burger place, keep up the good work.
This place is amazing! Not much to look at, but menu, presentation as well as the taste of my Jack Daniels burger and ultra thick, fresh and crispy chips were all top notch. I live close to the centre of London, where the choice and quality is high and I can't wait to return to Feltham to try a minted lamb burger. I was so impressed that I saved some for my housemate to try, who works with executives for establishments which serve Michelin standard food to a-listers - he said it was incredible, so was disappointed to learn how far from us it is.
I saw one bad review for this place and I believe it can only be from a competitor, as not only were these guys lovely, the burger was generous, perfectly cooked and super succulent. Well done guys.

Well where do I start ? My colleagues and I at work all chip in and order from this place at least twice a month , they take our order the day before via whats app, arrive on time food is always hot and we get a lovely big portion of chips and sauces , every time we have ordered our burgers have been exceptional , the delivery drivers are always friendly. As a vegetarian I have the halloumi cheese burger with Jack Daniels sauce, hash brown & onions rings which is amazing! You really have to respect what these brothers have managed to achieve! They are a new shop and whenever we have provided feedback they have always taken it into consideration and gone away and worked on it. Yes menu is a little bit pricey but to be honest its worth it , when you are spoken to politely, portions are above average, food delivered promptly and tasty every time I really do not mind paying that little bit extra. Love this place wish they could open up a proper shop where we can sit down with family and eat would be fantastic! 5 stars and more!!! they even have an app for mobile to order… sweet!
Just ordered from here for the first time. I'm a big burger lover and the burger I just had easily tops the likes of Five Guys (been to the one in Uxbridge many times while at uni...). Quality aside though, the fact that you can order from the comfort of home?? Too kind of a service for such amazing food man.
Treat yourself and give it a shot, especially if you're burger obsessed

Tasty ingredients, bespoke burger and it's really worth the wait if you have to wait (but you can phone beforehand and have it ready when you like). Wouldn't be surprised if they went on to become a proper successful chain in the near future even if I would be sorry if they lost that "local" touch! The other day I was having the burger in the office and other colleagues started salivating at its sight and well they had to rush because it was 8:47pm...
10 out of 10. The best food I've ever had from takeaway. The best burgers I've ever ordered online. All in very reasonable prices. Plus top quality service and fast free delivery. You can't have any better than that... Everything is just spot on. Ordering few times each month. I am so lucky to live near this place!!!
I stumbled across this place today. I had the chance to chat with the new manager and his colleague. They are super passionate about the food and that also showed through the food! As I was having a spicy burger, they took the time to check my tolerances to chilli so I got the right sauce for me. The chilli sauces are made in house by the manager along with some other items on the menu. I'm looking forward to the promised vegan patty he's working on. My food was great, packed well so it was still hot when I got home and the portions were good! Highly recommend this place. Well done guys!
Heard mixed things both before and after I started ordering from here but I have to say all of my experiences have been positive. A couple of times there has been missing sauces (but 2/3 of the time this has happened, they have called to let me know beforehand which surprised me as is better service than expected from a casual takeaway). Friendly service, tasty food. Prices could be cheaper but not so expensive that it puts me off...would definitely recommend.
Took my younger brother for his first experience of an American-style dinner at Wise Guys. The food was very clean and well cooked! Great offers and discounts in the restaurant. Fantastic staff experience from Kaylum and Tom, very friendly and insightful on the food. Overall a great experience to remember after school for my brother. Thanks again.
Just got a burger from Wiseguys as wanted to see what all the fuss was about and I wasn't disappointed! The burger was top quality and just melts in the mouth. Never again will I go anywhere else! The service is top notch too. Can't wait for my next visit!
The best food in Feltham! I always come here and the guys are like family can't go wrong! Their burgers are better than all the top well known burger places in London such as gbk five guys honest burgers hands down! They take their time and dont rush the cooking process that's the difference it's like restaurant standard in a take away. They assemble everything with the best presentation and the flavour is different. Best of all is their customer service they knew my name what I liked after 2 visits so friendly so I just had to give them a shout out!
