It was delicious! I don't know what kind of flour is used for the buns (corn flour maybe?) But I loved it! I hope there will be some Shake Sack in France one day. The fries where so crunchy and tasty. 10/10

Not cheap but great quality. Service was prompt and courteous. Fries needed a bit more of something however the burger and strawberry shake was top grade. Plenty of seating. Very nice Friday treat.
I have always tried this burger in the us and loved to visit this joint in London. Tasty burgers and I would recommend the cheese burgers and the shack burgers. We tried smock shack burgers shack chicken and chicken bites. Lemonade were great. Did not like the ice tea. Restrooms can be kept clean. Overall a good place to grab a quick lunch.
This place is was a great surprise. We hid here cause of the rain and order some chicken bites and a lemonade. I must say that the food was excellent we even took a second round and go for the chicken burger. Really tender chicken with a nice seasoning. The place is super clean and the prices are affordable.

Their fries are excellent. The seats are comfy and they didn't mind that we were there for half an hour with just water and fries. Some tables have power points. Toilets are clean. No parking.

A mandatory stop for any lover of hamburgers.
Located in Mansion House, a few meters from the underground station with the same name and St Paul's Cathedral, Shake Shack is a North American hamburger chain that excels for its varied menu, full of alternatives that always deserve our attention. The challenge? To eat a hamburger and accompany it with a milkshake (or other similar type of drink).
As I hadn't visited the chain for almost two years, I decided to play it safe: a double cheeseburger and a vanilla milkshake, something I really enjoy whenever I eat at Shake Shack. It was delicious: the burger, salty and with a melted cheese at the point, mixed by a sweet taste, with a fine texture, of a vanilla milkshake. The irreverence? Instead of the standard chips, with the typical sauces (Ketchup, Mayonnaise or Mustard), we opted for some chips with melted cheese, which, themselves, made the sauce. I recommend.
The place is very well set up and planned: a single line, with around 3 people attending the customers who appear. They asked us our names, which appeared on a big screen in two different columns: preparing and serving. Everyone was very friendly.
For those who need to walk after their meal, London has a beautiful path over the Thames about 300 meters away: the Millenium Bridge.

Was a very decent burger and very tasty and the cheese fries were decent too!
The annoying thing is having to order and then sit in front of a screen before picking up your food. This wouldn't usually be a problem but the entire place only has one screen and it can't be seen from half the restaurant.
Service was somewhat slow particularly when the restaurant was empty. I believe it was the manager who asked if he could help and I advised I’m just waiting for in my order then he shouted at the staff in the kitchen. For this I give 5 stars for service!😃
It's a solid burger and fries, but nothing to write home about. The restaurant is great, and the atmosphere very welcoming.
The chips are among the best in the game, but the burger didn't quite live up to expectation. The fried onions were very tasty, but the rest a bit dry.
I particularly like the shack burger and the fries are really delicious and crispy. Frozen custard and lemonades are also quite nice.
This shake shack is the least busy on the weekends out of Leicester Square, Covent Garden, and Victoria because it’s a bit out of the way in the City. As a result food is not slow here (like it is at Leicester Square particularly!) and it’s also not difficult to find a seat.
