Overall experience was good. There was slight confusion at the beginning because of a mix-up of the booking. The staff members tried to be very attentive and were friendly. The food was excellent and was hot. Very accommodating for a birthday celebration.
Friendly staff, great drinks and tasty food. Highly recommend. Affordable prices and vegan options. Highly recommend the authentic rum punch and the delicious vegetable fritters. I will definitely be back soon.

I went to Heart and Soul for a friends birthday celebration. It was a Friday evening so buffet night! It was great food and such good value, £10 per head, all you can eat! Amazing considering how expensive carribean food usually is. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. I had a great evening. I am going back there tonight!
A good quality, tasty, VFM Sunday Roast meal was had by all for my birthday party dinner. Good music playing in the background and a rum punch that creeps up on you!
