Cycle Lab And Juice Bar located on Pittfield Street, 20 meters from Old Street is a safe heaven for cyclists and healthy eaters. The shop floor is divided into three sections including a bike repair shop, a cafe with a cozy seating for eight to ten people, and a juice and food bar. Chris, the owner of Cycle Lab And Juice Bar is truly passionate about cycling and is genuinely a member of the local community of shop owners. While Chris and his team working on the repair shop can seem cold when approached by clients, they just have a very direct style of communication that might not be of everyones liking. A few months ago I dropped my bike for a full service and while the job was spotless i was jokingly told off for not taking better care of the bike. It was sitting in my terrace for over a year so it was a fair observation. The staff working at the juice and food bar are adorable and super friendly. On offer are smoothies, juices, vegan pots (made from Acai) sourced from a local producer, vegan chilli and bean soup and salads. The soups are filling, healthy and incredibly tasty. Their homemade vegan snickers bar is incredible - filling, full of flavour, moist and significantly healthier than the traditional industrially produced version. The crowd is a combination of cyclists, tourists and locals seeking healthier options to the pizza, noodle and chicken shops on Pittfield Street. Compared to other cafe style places in the area including Summer with Monika, the menu options are more limited however they fully embrace the vegan and vegetarian lifestyle. Price wise it is in line with the local area and it is better value than Pittfield Cafe across the street.

Been here a few times as it just up from work. Had my bike rebuilt as the frame snapped for only £180, great value. Had regular services, always good and they degrease the bike. They've always let me know how long I have before you'll need new bits giving you the option if you want them replaced. Chris who I've dealt with us always helpful and pleasant. I regularly recommend Cycle Lab to friends. Surprised at all the negative reviews, they must be going to a different shop

I had to stop by here when my rear derailleur cable snapped on the way into work and needed a quick repair (the prospect of cycling home up the hill to Ally Pally in top gear didn't appeal to my ageing knees). Got a warm welcome from the mechanic and he had the bike straight on the stand. By the time I'd grabbed a cup of their excellent coffee a new cable had been fitted, despite the tricky internal cable routing on my bike. A bit of adjustment later and I was on my way. Even offered to readjust cable once bedded in if I was passing. Fast service, good prices, great coffee and nice people. Definitely recommended.

I was really surprised at the bad reviews for this place. I'm relatively new to cycling, only been doing it the last two years. One of the big factors that's has helped me get into it is this shop. The guys are really friendly and offer incredible value on the products and services when compared to the bigger high street chains. If I've had smaller problems with my bike, they've often fixed them free of charge. When my saddle was stolen they even gave me a complimentary coffee to cheer me up. Cycling can be really elitist, but these guys have made it really easy to get involved with. Also the smoothies are incredible. Great place.

Popped in early morning to fix a flat tire. Repairman did it fairly quick even though there was a queue ahead of me. He also managed to dissemble my tire even though I had forgotten my security key. Such a doer! And reasonable price, was expecting more to be honest. Highly recommend!

I stopped there as I needed an urgent work on my bike (change rear cassette and chain). I dropped the bike on the spot and the next day it was all perfectly done, with a smile. Very good service and super nice (thanks to Yannick, the mechanics). I haven't tried the juices etc.. but I'll definitely go back.

Chilled out and friendly, with great juices. This is a lovely place. The people who work here are very welcoming and helpful. I popped-in to grab a quick juice to-go. But it just has a really nice vibe, so I stayed to do a few hours of freelance work. It’s a very comfortable place to relax, and the juices taste very fresh and are made with good quality organic ingredients.

Been going to CycleLab & Juice bar for around a year now. Been given great service and advice with regards to my bike. New stem, wheels and full service, had no issues. Have recommended this store to so many of my friends and work colleagues. Also the smoothie "The Nutty One" is a great recovery shake!

Great guys, great service. Do not listen who tried to paint them in a bad light . I know them before they open this shop, and I can tell the most qualified person to deal with your cycle. Those people who is satisfied with their service doesn't leave a comment here because they going back to the shop again. That's the reality. Just pop in the store and look around how thing goes there and make you own decision. I'm one of his customer, just going to collect my bike tonight

I have been in here a couple of times and have had excellent service each time. Quality: second to none, at least in my experience. Knowledgeable and skilled and go the extra mile. e.g. they fitted a new bottom bracket on my race bike, but rather than just slipping it in and charging full whack, they properly faced and tapped the frame, fitted it and recalibrated the whole drivetrain, cleaned the bike until it was gleaming and charged less than buying the part at a chain store. Needless to say, the bike rode better than new. Yep, I'll be going back.

Great friendly cycle shop - offer genuine help and advice even to someone like me with an ageing £250 Halfords mountain bike. Got a completely new back wheel recently for £74 including labour, and this week they cut off my excess brake cable and put a cap on the end free of charge. Haven't tried their drinks, but they look good too!
