What can one say about a fastfood outlet as ubiquitous as a McDonald’s one. I'll say just one thing - I think what they serve in India is kinda better that what they do here and way cheaper - - possibly because they had to introduce veggie items in India that they don’t bother with much here!

At this outlet I tried the FISH-O-FILLET burger because that's my favourite back home as well - it is quite comparable and am now doubly happy with what we get in India – although I doubt if the fish used is indeed a wild caught one back home.

The QUARTER POUNDER with cheese was the other thing tried because we don’t get that one in India – well, I wish we did – I know McD uses frozen patties but still the simply seasoned beef patty between two slices of cheese, and with sliced onions & gherkins was something I did enjoy every much.

This particular outlet is one of those that open early at Brent Cross (you could try their breakfast specials therefore although why you should eat breakfast at McDonald’s when practically every locality in London has such gorgeous breakfast places is beyond me) and provides free wi-fi; otherwise there is obviously not much to write about in terms of decor.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting McDonald's at Brent Cross Shopping Centre, and I must say, the customer service I received from the manager, Ms. Arshita, was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist. Mr. Arshita’s professionalism and attentiveness were evident throughout my entire visit. She ensured that every customer was promptly served and went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns. Her ability to efficiently manage the busy restaurant without compromising the quality of service was truly commendable. Not only did Ms. Arshita exhibit exceptional leadership skills, but she also created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff. She treated everyone with respect and courtesy, fostering an environment where everyone felt valued and appreciated. Furthermore, Ms. Arshita demonstrated great problem-solving abilities. When a minor issue arose with my order, she swiftly resolved it with a sincere apology and a complimentary upgrade, going beyond my expectations to ensure my satisfaction. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ms. Arshita and the entire team at McDonald's at BCS for their remarkable customer service. It is evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction and consistently strive for excellence. In conclusion, I highly recommend McDonald's on BCS, especially under the exceptional leadership of Ms. Arshita. Their commitment to delivering exceptional customer service sets them apart, and I will undoubtedly return for their outstanding service and delicious food. Keep up the fantastic work!

Can get very crowded as it is in the shopping centre. Not a lot of seats and when waiting to collect food there is not a lot of space to queue and wait. Orders sometimes takes a while due to it being busy

This branch always has all possible options available from the menu. Never disappoints!

Very busy, the screen is inaccurate as it says your order is ready to collect but isn’t. They have someone constantly cleaning though.

Food tastes like McDonalds. Nice seating area, upstairs and downstairs. Staff are friendly.
