We've been ordering from Alasia for over a year now and it's the best Kebab takeaway in North London. Food has always been delivered hot, tastes fresh and portion sizes are always plentiful. Being a Greek Cypriot we know what standards we expect for Greek food, the kebabs have always been lovely (reminds us of kebabs in Cyprus) and the traditional Greek/Cypriot dishes always been amazing. Couldn't recommend this place more.
I'd popped into this restaurant on the off chance as I wanted a sit down fish and chips meal. So glad I did as the fish was the most succulent fish I've ever tasted. It was so soft and the chips was also freshly cooked not overcooked and dry like other takeaways that I've been too. I will definitely come here again. Staff was ok too. The restaurant seemed a bit on the small side and seating is near the toilets. I don't know if they have more seating. Otherwise a good place to eat.
I have read some of the reviews on just eat and I think the people who left bad reviews have absolutely no culinary skills, or know what good food is, in fact if you are reviewing and complaining about donner wrap with chips that says it all for me!
The food is amazing here and anyone who hasn’t tried the home made pastitio or moussaka or any of the other home made food as well as the fish and chips are really missing out!
I have had time and time again great fish and chips as well as kebabs and Greek food at the alasia and have never been dissatisfied.
The staff are friendly and the portions are really good.....it’s tasty home cooking like my gran used to make!
Had a great meal here and there was no problem providing a healthy option so I could stick to my eating healthy plan - great for slimming world or weight watchers! Would recommend chicken kebab with a salad (provided without dressing) really enjoyed my meal - will definitely come back - thanks for the recommendation to John!!
I've eaten at many Greek and Cypriot restaurants over the years, and not many places have reminded me of the kebabs we have back home. However, i was having a conversation with a friend of mine, who could not recommend this place enough and made a strong statement that they were VERY similar to back home if not better! I hopped on to JustEat (YES THEY DELIVER TOO!!) and made an order for the family, and we were all lost for words, the food is fantastic! Alasia and Paneri for me are they only restaurants where you get value for money on your kebabs, especially the mixed with the most mouth-watering sheftalia! This place hos won me and i have been ordering frequently since and will not stop! Euxaristw kopelia!
Haven't had a chicken souvlaki take away in a long time as they all taste the same. The chicken souvlaki we got from Alasia tonight changed everything! They've got it spot on! Best chicken souvlaki by far! Chicken lovely and soft, marinated to perfection and the best big Greek pita there is! Definitely worth the money! Best take away souvlaki around here!
Perfect sized kebab, even if you order a small portion, it's still rather large, just like the ones you get in Cyprus. Perfect. And reasonable prices too.

Apart from brilliant fish and chips his Greek food is amazing but the best dish he does is the charcoal grilled haddock.
