I visited this outlet in the year 2012. I was feeling hungry while strolling in the London streets in a lazy weekend. tried their signature chicken teriyaki sub. It was very tasty and filling was good. Service was very good. Also met few Indian friends there which was a good time together.
We looked for a quick bite and we stopped at subway. Staffs were very efficient. Subs were prepared fresh and the salads were fresh and crisp.
This outlet is in a quiet shopping complex called Fountain Square on Buckingham Palace Road (not mentioned in the address on Zomato). It can be easily spotted on the right as soon as you enter the building. Not very crowded. All of us had Veggie Delite (can't be found in the menu uploaded on Zomato) in wheat bread, and coke. You get a 200ml bottle of coke with your sub by paying just 30p extra. The seating space in the outlet is a bit crammed. So we sat outside. You get boiled corn filling along with your fresh veggies. The choice of bread & sauces available and the subs itself are very different from what you get in India. Poor choice of subs in veg!
Quick, cheap and delicious. But the best part was the friendliness of the staff! All had smiles in their faces and were kind and patient and in the end they even gave a treat to my little daughter. Recommend!
Yesterday at 19:21, I went to Subway there are two staff member named JAY and SHREYUAL are both very friendly and gave us a very good service. They both know how to treat with customers in the most amazing way. Thank you so much for all the help. They are beyond my expectations.

Very few options of food to choose from but a little bit consume since there's no website to previously choose " what I want to eat "
Subway is subway wherever you go but there was an oriental assistant in this branch that was so polite, helpful and infectiously happy it made such a difference. I didn't catch her name but she deserved a mention.
I came 1 minute before closing on Sunday and they still served me.
