I love this restaurant. Everything is excellent; Friendly service, nice panorama, affordable price and tasty foods. Keep going guys. I fully recommend it.
Quiet , relaxing, cosy and very convenient on a rainy british day.
I love this place. It is very warm, you can go there on a rainy afternoon with your friend to have a chat and catch up.
You can look at the magnificent view of the river, while sipping your tea .
They have a great selection of deserts and Turkish delicatessen, as they call it. They all look so tasty. I tried a few, some were delicious, some were just okay. I particularly like the chocolate and nut cake.
This place seems like the perfect refuge to have a great, relaxing and private time.
Consistently good Turkish restaurant, one of the originals. Attentive service and great atmosphere. Food is delicious especially with the optional garlic and spicy sauces. Amazing baklava.
Nice fine dining Turkish restaurant with authentic taste. Everything is tasty and the service is friendly. It is clean. Also good for after work drinks. You could reserve rooms at the restaurant area as well as seated section in the bar area for groups.
I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Hazev Restaurant Canary Wharf. The dishes were delicious and served in good portions, while the menu offered a great variety of options along with a good selection of alcohol choices. The baklava for dessert was absolutely delicious. The service was attentive and friendly, although there was a minor delay in the arrival of our main courses. Overall, it was a great experience that I highly recommend.
Good Turkish food restaurant, not your typical kebab place at all. Food is fresh and tasted good. Service was nice and friendly.
Variety of meats on the mixed kebab was slightly under whelming but what was on the plate tasted nice. The starter selection was very good. Different breads would have made it perfect.
Organic watermelon just tasted amazing, their own brand - they should get that into the supermarkets.
Venue is nice, near the water but not really an outside space. A missed opportunity.
Only reason it's not 5 stars is it's very pricey.
Hazev was amazing!! I came here recently for my good friend's surprise birthday meal and it was just amazing. For starters, I had halloumi with some hummus and some green stuff (not really sure what it was called but it tasted really good). To drink, I had peach juice which I hadn't tasted before. I'm usually on the iced tea vibe but the juice definitely hit the spot. For the mains I have the Hazev mixed grill which had chicken cubes, lamb, couscous but I swapped it for sweet potato fries and some salad and I must say I made sure my plate was clean. Everything tasted so fresh and I enjoyed every bite. The waiters were very professional and gave us a good customer service. I would most certainly love to come back here at some point. Shouts to Hazev Restaurant in Canary Wharf!!
We were impressed with everything we tried. Delicious food! The restaurant is spacious and exquisitely decorated situated in Canary Wharf. The staff members were welcoming, and attentive. The desserts were also incredibly delicious. However, it is a bit pricey.
We happened apon this ggem on our first night in London. We are from Albuquerque, NM USA and not familiar with Turkish food. The staff here was very welcoming and answered all of our questions about the menu. The food was the most delicious food we had all week! We went back to their Cafe for breakfast and it was also sooooo good. Thank you! Try this place, you will not be disappointed!!!
Great restaurant in a lovely environment with mouthwatering Mediterranean options. The mezze is very fresh, and the meat dishes are nice too. You can ask the waiter what they would recommend for the day as their customer services are excellent 👌 and the quality of food is very good.
Hazev’s a staple if you’re in the Canary Wharf area. Their food and desserts are always tasty and affordable. Whenever I have the time I try to sit there and have a turkish kahve (coffee). This was my first time trying their backlava and it was soft but flaky the true test of a great backlava.
Great location and views. The service was amazing too, and the kunafa. However, the mix grill was a bit dry. Hazef Iskender was dish of the day!
Lovely place to eat.
There were some forgotten drinks and wrong food order but the lady was very lovely and helpful.
Nice atmosphere and tasty food!
It's a nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. We ordered lamb skewer, which is good. But the fried squid is tasteless. No favor at all.
We were there around lunch time, it was a bit quiet at the time.
The staff were extremely friendly and professional.
The food was well seasoned and tasted very nice, the portion sizes are about on point. (Not a place to go if you want to be completely suffered for cheap.)
The pricing is about on par with what you would pay in the area.
I will return if I am in the area that is for sure.
Came here for a friend’s Birthday on a Saturday evening. We had a big table of 10 and was given the £35 set menu. This included a range of mixed starters to share and a choice of one main dish.
Was a filling menu and an unlimited flow of bread. Was fairly full by the time mains came and couldn’t finish my dish.
Including drinks and service charge it came to over £50 each.
Staff was patient with us. Service was good, but the cocktails took a lot longer than other ready to pour drinks to get to the table. Food wasn’t as slow. Food was tasty and lots of flavour. The lamb I had for my main was very soft and flavoursome and loved the aubergine that went with it.
I was a bit disappointed as I came her 2 years ago and we really enjoyed both food and service. I felt something had changed compared to the last time. The service was slow and food was ok but not great. The staff was nice I have to say, they apologised and offered some complimentary Prosecco, which we don’t take. For this I feel they deserve 4 stars, they definitely made an effort.
I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and it’s one of my favourite Turkish restaurants. The service is always good and they always seem to have tables available, even at peak times. The place is clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. The food is absolutely delicious. I would particularly recommend the hummus and the meze. The baklava is also an absolute treat. The prices are pretty reasonable too. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes Turkish food.
Food was ok, we tried lentil soup, patates koftesi, domates kofte, tavuk iskender, tavuk guvech, sutlac & ice cream. We lovrd tavuk iskender, it was really tasty. Cinnamon ice cream was good. We felt domates kofte were little dry but patstes koftesi was good. Portion sizes were small. Ambiance was good, they have three sections- cafe, restaurant and bar. Staff is nice and helpful.
Staff were extremely polite and helpful. They made us feel very welcomed from the moment we entered the restaurant. Their warmth made you feel like you would definitely want to go back. Cocktails and food were just right and a generous amount too! Will definitely be going back!
