My first visit yesterday with my son and 4 of his friends for his birthday. What a lovely place. Really friendly staff. There were 2 guys in there when we went in and they were very kind and friendly. The boys all ordered what they wanted and it was bought over in no time. I have never seen 5 boys enjoying pudding so much.

Amazing Deserts, the main thing that sticks out for me is the quality in the products this place serves. The staff always enjoy making the deserts which is always good sign! Also the place is very spacious and is not overcrowded like many that are today!

My friends and I were looking for something sweet to eat and stumbled across this branch. I had the red velvet waffle and honestly it’s the best waffle I’ve EVER had. The waffle was so soft and warm it literally melts in your mouth. I dream about this waffle so much I need to go back again 😭😍😍

They have a lot of options, it's nicely dim but way too many mirrors and it's pretty noisy, the music is loud so are the customers, excluding that everything else is good, the desserts are yummylicious
To keep is short and sweet (no pun intended) desserts are really nice only thing I would say is I hate that they fold the Belgian waffle in half making it as thick as a brick along with the fact that the service from some of the employees could do with some improvement, other than that I will be going again..... which I have done and prob will keep doing.
The service was a little slow in the beginning I got a table and a menu quickly then when I was thinking on going to the till to order a server came and took my order. It was wonderful from there. My dessert came quickly and frankly it was fantastic. I ordered a honey&cinnamon pudding. The sponge pudding was hot and very cinnamony which I loved I couldn’t taste the honey tho. The ice cream was good nothing special but that’s fine. The whipped cream next to it wasn’t handmade sadly which was expected this way but I was still hoping for it. Overall it was lovely. And the price is fair too in my opinion.
Second visit today I came with my fiancé everything was exactly as the first time which means the quality is consistent. I chose the same dessert and my bf chose an oreo cake which was delicious too.
Wow. Just Wow. The Nutella crepes are delicious , so is the flake milk shake. The people here are so polite. Treat you as family. I am from USA and this is the second time I am visiting them. Still taste the same which is AWESOME
Went with the kids and sisters as kids really wanted desserts. Got seated straight away and ordered our stuff which came surprisingly quickly. Overall, the drinks and desserts were good but they forgot to give my sisters Tea which was never rectified and we had to tell them when paying that we never got it.

Beware of the blue bubblegum milkshake. It’s good…like really good. Perfect amount of thickness, good quantity and a strong bubblegum flavour.
The only reason why I advise you to stay away is due to my experience. Or shall I say…aftermath?
During one of my daily toilet expeditions, it was all going well until I looked inside the toilet bowl. To my disbelief, the entire bowl was blue. It was as if I had exerted the entire smurf population. Imagine a red bloody massacre…but blue. I took several toilet trips, which I attribute to the spicy food that was consumed the same day. Each time I visited the white bowl of gloom, I let out more blue minions. Surely Gru must be planning a masterplan to eradicate me?
I wonder what my insides are like right now? It’s legit been 3 days, and It’s still blue. Have my intestines turned blue as a result? Am I going to slowly turn blue..you know like that kid from Charlie and the Chocolate factory?

The deserts were really nice however, the portions sizes were small compared to the price. We ordered
-One scoop of Bubblegum Ice cream
-One double choc cookie dough
-One milk choc cookie dough
-One Mango and Strawberry Crepe
Overall it was nice but the portion sizes were really small for the price we paid

Enjoyed a biscoff milk cake which was good, not silly amounts of sugar and you can taste the original biscoff biscuit flavour used.
The cookies & cream sundae was also great, enjoyed the thickness of it.
This shop was amazing, the deserts were soo nice. The owner was very kind and intelligent. He seemed to be very creative with the desert making. THE FOOD LOOKED SO STUNNING. The manager was very kind to me.(especially cuz hes my uncle😏)
Nice place, I'm not an seasoned cookie dough eater but I managed to succeed on my own with the smarties one. I think I'd probably get more than one scoop of ice cream tho.
I only got cookie dough because the choice of cake was a bit slim.
Great customer service from the guys here. Gave me a free treat to take away when it couldn't be served there and then. Good desserts and well presented. The Hindi music is off putting though...
The desserts were really nice. The staff there were great, made a mistake on our order and quickly corrected. The mistaken dessert was given to us on the house which if we never tried, wouldnt realise how nice it was. So now will order next time as well. Happy customer :)
Great desert Palace, better than others by far...... great atmosphere....lovely staff, good for families and groups and tables for singleton and couples.
Kids love it no need to book in advance only if you a large group.
Why go anywhere else, good value for money and FABULOUS sundaes and many more.
Staff can adjust to dietary needs just let them know..... It does get busy but believe me worth the wait...

I have been here quite a few times over the years so this review is well overdue.
I normally go for the waffles if I have space. The waffles are great, nice decor and brilliant service. I’ve never come out of here disappointed only completely full and overloaded on sugar.
Amazing pancakes I tried pistachio one. And was amazed by the texture and taste.
Very tastyyyyy!!! Service is also great. Would suggest everyone to come here.
I really love this restaurant the service is great and the food was delicious plus the staff were friendly. The owner was really nice to us and treated us with free food, especially because we were his nephews. I highly recommend coming here for desert. Best deserts in London.
