Eat is pocket friendly, nutritious and offers so many varieties- hot and cold.

My favourites are their tomato and basil soup and spicy Moroccan vegetable soup. The hummus and falafel wraps and salads offer many vegetarian options. Their snacks vary from nuts to crisps (chips) to popcorn.

Their menu changes daily and is published in advance so you know what to expect.

If at Canada Place go before 12.30 to beat the lunch hour rush.

Costing under £10 this is my lunch time favourite for taste, vegetarian options and location 😀

The staff were very friendly and the service was quick, we ordered a mocha which i normally like from coasta (even though sometimes even they get it wrong) but I have to it was very nice and my wife do some kind of pastry which I can't remember now but all in all if you need to coffee on the go it's better than Starbucks I'd say
