Good service, some nice coffee, rates were quite reasonable for the place and comfort. Quantities were really very good. Taste of pastries and waffle was awesome. Hot chocolate and coffee very good but not desirably hot. Recommended
Pretty nice place to eat something little. Prices was kinda' expensive, but the foods was tasty. Chicken was a bit too dry. You get free french fries and salad with the sandwich (ex. what I took in the image).
Always love their cakes! Especially the strawberry cake. This outlet was a bit warm, seems like the aircon in the shopping mall was not working

Very nice cakes and hot drinks but the friendly staff were a bit stretched. They serve full meals and high teas as well, which I didn't try so can't comment, other than to say they looked good.
This Pastisserie Valerie is in the lower ground floor of Debenhams flagship store on Oxford Street. When you are sitting in there though you don't feel like you are in the basement of a large department store, which is nice. We had prosecco and cake, and both were very nice. Surprisingly reasonable prices for really good food in a quaint setting. The service can be a bit slow but they are very busy.
We had a coffee in the morning and thought what a nice place but more importantly the young lady who waited on us was so pleasent.
It’s good especially when you have a Barclays premium account you will got hot drink free.
