Sahara is an awesome option for authentic Lebanese food cooked in authetic Middle Eastern style. The restaurant has a good ambience and the staff is very courteous! Being a vegetarian this was one place I did not have to worry about the options available! Some things I loved and highly recommend : Fattoush (Salads), Baba Ghanouj and Batata Harra wrap. This was accompanied by an awesome fresh orange juice. If you are in London and love Lebanese food you cannot miss Sahara at St. John's Wood. Btw the Lords Stadium is just a few minutes walk!
Good Lebanese Restaurant. But, IMHO it's overpriced, I'll try to explain why: I order a chicken sawarma 12,99£ and tea 3,99£. Cheap ingredients without any serious taste or quality, small portion of food for the price and 1 tea bag with 200 ml of water. Restaurant is pretty nice, a lot of staff, quick service, clean toilet's, 1 TV, a good variety of food, drinks and alcoholic drinks but you get absolutely standard food like in every kebab shop just for double price. Price/quality/quantity is the only reason for -1 star.
Sahara is a small but efficient Lebanese restaurant located at St. John's Wood High St. The food was extremely flavorful and we loved every dish we tried. The chicken was juicy and one of the most well-marinated pieces of chicken I have ever had. Highly recommend!
Lovely and clean Lebanese restaurant in a cute area.
Great food with combos offering.
Good flavours and portions.
Service was great too.
One of the best places you will ever encounter, and relatively cheap, too! Overall very good place. Also, we got some free dessert at the end! Very nice! 👍
We are there for team lunch from our office. They have good service but little slow. Food was good and expected. I feel little expensive than other restaurants in St. John wood.
I like vegetarian food there Falafel wrap and bataka wrap. The veggie platter also good to try.
The fresh food and yum.
The food was faultless. The service was responsive and timely. However, as we were setting outside, the staff occasionally congregated near our table and had animated conversations (mind you, in Persian), which disturbed the ambience.
Sahara is a lovely Lebanese restaurant and is superbly situated on St John's Wood High Street. It has lots of indoor & outdoor seating. The food is delicious & everything on the menu is just scrumptious. The coffee is exquisite especially when paired with the baklava which is heavenly. The staff are polite and friendly.
I would highly recommend Sahara for any foodie lovers.

Really enjoyed the lunch menu here. Delicious food with great service and lovely atmosphere. Really nice local restaurant and especially loved the hummus, great flavours!
I ordered the following:
SAHARA SPICE SALAD (V)
Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, parsley, mint, onion, radish, green chilli with lemon & olive oil dressing
£7.99
It was good.
Good Mediterranean food, lot of choice, good service. The lamb could have been more tender, but overall it's a good place for a pleasant lunch/dinner!
Good food at decent price and good portion for where it is based. Friend of my who is visiting form Nepal loved his mixed grill. Definitely worth a visit.
A pleasant restaurant located in Saint John's Wood high street serving Lebanese cusine. Service is attentive and efficient. Food is tasty and well prepared. There is seating available outside street side and indoors. Friendly atmosphere deserving a visit.
Food a little expensive, but to be expected for the location. Was really well prepared and nothing to complain about. The mixed grill was lovely. I really was impressed by the service. Very friendly and welcoming
Great place! They were friendly to my dog and even gave him water! That's a rarity for restaurants in this area. The food tasted great and the speed of service was great too. The staff were lovely as well and it was just right. I got to enjoy my time with my colleague before they left the country. I'd say the mains are somewhat pricey but I've not tried them enough to day whether they're worth the price. I'd assume it's just fitting to the area more than anything else.
Great little restaurant in the high street of St Johns Wood.
The menu for 2 is a great idea, plus the house wine. The service is attentive and friendly and the food is really outstanding, specially the lamb, rice, hummus and tagine. The desserts were also tasty but we could barely made it to the end, as the starters and mains were very abundant.
Myself and my partner had a good time here, with good food.
