Staff were lovely and welcoming. Very attentive with diners without being overbearing. The pizza was, quite honestly, the beat pizza I've ever had in the UK. It's very delicious and full of flavour. It was so good, we're getting ready to eat there again. Highly recommend.

Nice place for a quick meal. It’s small, more like a tiny cafe than a restaurant, but the food is good. My friend’s seafood risotto was outstanding, and the best she’s eaten in London. My pizza was less enthralling, but I suspect I just chose the wrong one (eggplant and Parma ham). The tiramisu was lacking some punch from coffee, but was nice enough. Service was welcoming, attentive and prompt. Try to steer clear of the bathroom, though - it smells absolutely awful, like a blocked drain.

Went here for mine and my boyfriends anniversary. All of the staff were lovely! checking up and asking if we needed anything. The food was perfect, cannot complain.

Just a walking distance from Excel London and Cable cars. Best to enjoy the views and local atmosphere while sitting outside in their terrace, however won’t work if windy. Great Italian coffee and food. Staff is friendly. My one to go local restaurant from now on when around☕️

I'm so glad a friend recommended Bonnane. They didn't have a table for 3 inside but kindly made the vestibule area available to us. With the blowing sideways wind pounding at the door, they continually shut it to protect us from the cold. The food was absolutely delicious and Sanda our server was a delight. Every recommendation she made was spot on and despite having to heave the door shut, she remained in generous and kind spirits. Billy was welcoming despite being fully booked and I can't wait to go back. I didn't think to take pictures of the food until we had almost demolished it. Yum.

Me and my family had a fantastic meal at Bonnane Pizzeria last night whilst on our way to watch Peter Kay at the O2. The food was brilliant, we loved our meal. You could tell they used great quality fresh ingredients. All staff were very welcoming and took great care of us. The food arrived very quickly. The setting of the restaurant was lovely being so close to the river. Such a great atmosphere! A slice of Italy! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We went here while away on business. Five of us and I have to say, some of the freshest dough I've ever had and honestly, the best carbonara I've ever tasted. But it's not just the food that was exceptional, it was the service. In particular, Inna. She was unbelievably attentive towards the whole party. If you're in London and around the Excel arena. Do yourself a favour and visit this beautiful restaurant!

I love this little place. I’ve been here quite a few times now. It feels like you’ve stepped into a mini Italy with this proper Italian bar style cafe/restaurant. Their coffee is superb 100%. Not bitter or need of sugar like the chain coffee brands. Decent proper Italian pizza and fantastic pasta. Their Tagliatelle Salmon was sensational!! They have quite a few outdoor tables (well behaved dogs welcome) with great views. And a handful of indoor tables. Cosy vibes.

One the best pizzas in London. It's a small place but they were kind enough to accommodate our family (with a stroller). The garlic bread, arrabiata and pizza were all finger licking delicious. Will definitely visit again, highly recommended everyone to give it a try.

Very friendly and authentic Italian. The pizza was very tasty however the carbonara was a little lack lustre. They offer a steak dish that looked great and was cooked on a charcoal grill

We came here on a busy Friday night, so had to dine 'al fresco', but the staff were super welcoming and friendly. Service was timely and everything that we ordered arrived as expected. This is simple, honest, homemade food. certainly not pretentious or trying to be fine dining, but it's absolutely delicious. I cannot put in to words how good the Tiramisu was. It's my favourite dessert and I've had lots of them. This was probably the best I've had, by a country mile! Next time we visit this part of London, we'll be back!

Excellent small authentic Italian , arrived without a booking for a family of 4, and the waitress suggested if I came back in half hour they could accommodate us , true to her word a table was ready followed by 3 fine pizzas and a pasta dish all of which we watched being prepared fresh in the open kitchen opposite whilst the attentive waitresses provided a good selection of drinks, 2 of the group were children and the staff were great with them . Overall could not fault the place, excellent food and atmosphere, even the mrs enjoyed it so well done Bonnane .
