The shop was clean and tidy, The display cabinets well stocked a good selection of various sandwiches and pastries. The staff were pleasant enough. I ordered latte to go they asked me if I would like anything else a cake or a sandwich or something I polite declined.

Free WiFi available was provided however by Pret-a-manger which is the shop nextdoor
It might only be a chain, but it's one of the better ones. Good coffee and food. Nice loyalty scheme. This Nero is usually pretty clean and plenty of seating.
Tony and Dania gave excellent customer service. Both were really welcoming, friendly and attentive with my mother and I on our recent visit. Its experiences like this which make you want to come back. Thank you guys.

The staff is friendly and the coffee of course with too much water, like almost everywhere in London. :)
If you'll want an Americano, just ask for less water. 😎
There is a really nice and professional barista that works there - I think she’s French with a rose like tattoo on her left arm. She is very polite and courteous - I would like to say for her to keep that positive energy it made me smile. And she is beautiful too!!! Merci!!!

Had a mocha latte and slice of coffee cake in a visit here and they both tasted lovely. Mocha latte was served hot and in added some more sugar to make it to me sweet taste. Coffee cake was soft and tasted delicious. Don’t normally eat such cakes but my friend suggested it and I’m glad I tried it. T
