Great service, exceptional service from the manager who was actively customer facing and even kept us constantly updated regarding our food as it was 5 minutes late. She offered us complimentary olives while we waited.

I had an unexpectedly delightful experience during my visit to Nando's today. The new staff members were exceptionally polite and professional, and I must say the manager stood out as truly awesome! Moreover, I found the food to be even better than before. It seems that the management is putting in great efforts to improve everything, from the quality of the food to the level of customer service. I am sincerely grateful for providing us with the best Nando's experience. Thank you very much!
Came with my friends from work and a fantastic staff called Reece was full of joy and patient with us he was so kind and spoke in a beautiful manner the rest of the staff was full of vibes and weren’t boring shout to Reece with his fleeky eyebrows looking good xxx
Great food and the servers were good although service was a bit lacking a few times due to how busy the Nandos was
The good thing about Nandos is that you always get the same. The difference is in the location, atmosphere, and service.
Oli has served us, and he tried his best. It was during the heatwave, and the AC was partly working, but we could not feel it. It was boiling inside. Also, the tables and benches upstairs are so condensed that if you are not size 10 you will feel slightly uncomfortable

I’m rating this 5 stars because the staff have extremely good service, we were seated in 2 minutes and our food came in about 10 minutes. The food was hot and delicious. Will definitely be returning!
Good food, decent atmosphere, bottomless refills on soft drinks. Lots of choice in how you have your food in terms of spice, and you can use app to order to table.

I am a regular here and food is always amazing! Especially their blue cheese burger is exceptional. I believe it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in London! Highly recommend.
It has been a lovely lunch there. The service was good and fast. The chicken was superb! The only bad thing was that the restaurant temperature was too hot.
