A lovely lady, Antonia, kept the people in the waiting area on platform 10 amused with her chatting and loud speaker comments. e.g. "A four carriage train with eight doors to choose from" A true treasure of the station.
Trainspotter dream station.
With the regeneration, food stalls and more punctuality, Clapham Junction has improved a lot.
New screens are easy to view trains stops and times. The toilets have been moved to upstairs, by platform 16.
New Lifts and sheltered roof onto the platforms. Seemed cleaner than

I traveled back from Clapham junction on last train this morning 1.15 to Southampton. There were two station attendants on platform 11 and I can only say how kind and wonderful they were. I was sitting on the floor on platform 6 feeling quite unwell (due to a disability) and the woman on duty checked if I was ok, then re checked if I needed help to get on my train. Excellent service from a lovely lady.
This is exactly how a train station should be run. They managed to fix my issues and refund me in full for previous railway management errors. Truly greatful to Gareth and his team.

The only thing really annoyed me sometimes in earliest morning 06:00 twice nobody standing in the barrier my ticket doesn't open the gate n nobody their to show it to so I have to use my oyster card to pay and op
