This is a small Costa but, unsurprisingly, it gets really busy. There is also a fairly copious seating area considering the small size of the cafe.
Customer service is absolutely awesome! I dropped my coffee this morning shortly after paying for it and the staff quickly came to assist me and replaced the coffee. Top class !

Visited twice within a day, travelling during a day out. Lattes are great, no complaints. It was a toss between Starbucks or Costa as they were both in the same area. However Starbucks had one long queue, whereas Costa had multiple tills open. This was the decision maker considering I was in a rush
Staff members are very friendly although the cafe itself is very cramped I've ordered a takeaway cheese and ham toasty. It was prepared fast and allow me to have something hot to eat on my way home. Exactly what I've needed.
