Excellent food, very fresh and reasonably priced. Friendly and polite service.
Service was pretty quick, and had a great selection. There was a decent amount of seating, especially considering this is a very busy area. Food was really nice, pretty much what you would expect from an itsu. However, one thing that would be better is more toilets. On a busy day like today, there is a big queue, which I assume usually happens. Instead of having ti wait for a while, it would be great if there were more cubicles.
Great food, as always. The Thai chicken rice hotpot in particular is delicious. Special thanks to staff member Sau for being so helpful with my chicken teriyaki order, which I’d messed up. She was wonderful.

Really yummy food. The service is good even on busy days. The atmosphere is really nice and there’s a lot of space to sit down. Really nice.
