Staff was very helpful with returns and advice. Jake was extremely proactive and patient to help me find a design that fits me after I had to return a pair I loved, sadly because they were not suitable for my feet.

Who don't love doc martens!! First time going to the actual store and it was everything and more. I got a 3 pack of socks and I love them! The staff are sooo friendly!! Their dress sense is sick! One girl had on the sickest kilt! And I want one now. The bag that they give you when you purchase stuff is just as lovely. I wanna go back just to feel the ambiance of it all, and I want to low style dr martens too
I love the location of this shop, and the service and selection are both outstanding. I walked out in a pair of cherry 1461’s, after attentive service with great information and no pressure to spend money.
Very good, needed some boots for work. Tried them on yesterday but did not have my card with me. When I got home I called the shop and the guy said they would save them for me in my size. Got to the store and asked for them, they said we may not have them in that size. But they had as they had actually put them aside for me. So well done that guy, great service 👏 👍 got my boots.
I got there on Saturday afternoon, kinda nervous after checking all the reviews cuz some suggest poor customer service, but what I felt is the opposite. All the staff are so kind and friendly, especially Kev - he's super nice and patient, helped me get all type of shoes (6 or 7 pairs) I find nice on their website, and gave me suggestions on how to do the maintenance. Such great experience. Definitely will come back if I need more pairs. They deserve 6 stars.
Such lovely staff, couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive but not pushy at all. In particular the lovely person with long ginger hair was great! Another member of staff even cleaned my old docs for me for free - such a lovely experience! Xx

All the staff members were super friendly and kind! I was helped by a guy called Peter and he honestly gave me one of the best customer services I have ever received. He took the time to help me find the perfect size and style of shoe! Would definitely recommend this store!

Had to take a pair of boots I bought as a present for my sister back here today for exchange. Wow - some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, efficient, no fuss, courteous, problem solved in five minutes. Special thanks to the guy who helped me, sorry didn't get the name - if the manager's reading this, it was the cool black guy with multiple piercings, stretched earlobes and a silver front tooth, he was brilliant. 10/10 all round, thanks guys.
I am that type of customer that will have to try all the type of shoes, sizes and fabrics before making an actual decision on what to buy and sometime I come across shop assistants who loose their patience very easily, I've got to say that was not the case here, the ladies at Dr. Martens Spitafield were so helpful and kind, after trying so many shoes I finally got to choose the 1461 brown leather colour and even gave me some advise on how to wear them with.
