Great value for money and excellent food. The service is also very accommodating. I booked a room via Airb&b at very short notice, as I was working late in the area. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Authentic, honest Bangladeshi restaurant with a familiar service and a mostly asian clientele. The value for money is outstanding. I got a whole Rupchanda Bhuna (Pomfret fish curry) for £7 that could've cost £14 somewhere else. The owner/metre treated us like if we were at his house and made us feel welcome. Menu is truly Bangladeshi, as they chose to stick to what they know well, rather than serving lots of pseudo-Indian dishes. We didn't try the grilled meats, so a good reason to come back again! VERY recommended.

Food is well cooked and very tasty.I ordered mixed grill with nan and mango lassi. Those were well prepared. I also ordered dessert though the waiter could not give any info about that. But all good things became lil bit faded due to bad behaviour of one waiter. They should be well trained and educated to cop with  the class customers.

We booked for 12 people on a busy Friday night. Mouth watering grill dishes especially the lamb chops. A truly fine dining experience. Great attentive staff on stand by. They offer you on the house tea or coffee which is nice of them. Highly recommended.

We have visited this restaurant for dinner, take always and birthday parties more times than I can remember. Every time we visit we receive a very warm welcome. The food is always on time, when we have a take away, and is always superb, great portion sizes too. When dining in the staff are always great, very courteous and always very accommodating. Best Grill and Bangladeshi restaurant in the area

Took my family over the weekend. Amazing mixed grill platter (very big!). Kids enjoyed it. Got complimentary tea. What more can I ask. Will be visiting again. They gave me a 10% loyalty discount card for next time too. Happy customer 😄

We had a birthday party over the weekend for our daughter. Indeed a unforgettable occasion. 3 course meal negotiated with the management who gave us 10% discount on the bill. Food was just as expected and service was good. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake and provided us plate and Sopna.

Went Shaad grill over lunch today. Ordered grill chicken with nan. So far this has been the tastiest grill chicken I have had anywhere. The flavour, texture and spice just spot on. Relaxing atmosphere with HMC food. This is very reassuring. Will visit again for sure.

Went there off the cuff as we couldn't get into our original choice. The waiters were attentive and very pleasant. The lamb chops were to die for and the lassi's were lovely. Highly recommend!

We decided to book Shaad for our annual school reunion as it is in a accessible part for all class mates to come together. We had excellent range of dishes and the customer service was very good. The food options is great ranging from vegetarian and meat dishes. Will recommend you to go there

When my family and I go out to eat its always at the Shaad on the heart of Bricklane as my father is not really into any other cuisines but indian food- starters are succulent tasty and juicy (mix grill) , same as the mains, one thing I would say is that the lamb is always very boney, but when ever we mention it they always send back a bowl of meaty lamb cutlets the garlic and butter naan is to die for! friendly staff and very attentive! usually quite in the restaurant, but that's the way I like it!

The food here is excellent! I went here to have a late lunch with family/friends and really enjoyed the mixed grill and other dishes. Also the service was very good. Hope on a next visit when we're back in London!

Normally we eat at Jungle Braai but after seeing the bad hygiene standards (it's gone down to 2 stars) we decided to try Shaad. It's HMC certified and they had a separate seating area for our group of girls, even a female waitress was serving us, which you don't see at many restaurants. Ordered a mixed platter. Just perfect in taste and well done. Portion was big but we had every last bit of it!

We had Iftar party during Ramadan at Shaad. Just right in taste. Food was delicious. Accommodated everyone with no problem. Relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for families and group booking as they are fully HMC certified.

Great trendy Indian restaurant. Only Indian restaurant in Brick Lane where they do not talk you in the restaurant. Food is great. They have great selection of grills. Try the coconut ice cream dessert, tastes delicious.
