You can never really go wrong at Pizza Express - you know what you're getting and the food is consistently good quality. Overall however I find Pizza Express a little boring; there's nothing that exciting on the menu, mostly just the classic dishes.
I quite often just end up ordering the American pizza because there's nothing else that jumps out at me. The garlic dough balls are nice though - little dainty bites of dough to warm up your appetite.
Pizza Express is like a posher and slightly healthier version of Pizza Hut I guess, much more catered to adult dining than families with kids. Nothing wrong with that of course, and this Pizza Express is usually quite popular. The service here is also very friendly, and the waiter was quite charming. The restaurant also has a lovely ambiance and you'll quite often see people coming here for an after-work dinner.
Had a voucher from O2 priority for a snow dough dessert. Didn't really want anything else at the time. Wasn't expecting them to allow me just to have this but the waiter was fine and says you can. It was so nice, it was like a free sample but very much worth it as next time I will actually pay for this dessert after my mains.
We celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday, we had about 17 kids, it was amazing!! The pizzas are good sized, the ingredients were fresh, the kids had fun, I would recommend it 100% but what I didn't expect was that you have to pay the service charge even if you wish to pay. Being a mother of 4 children paying almost £30 on top of your bill it's upsetting, I pay £11.95 for each child. But at the end of day my daughter loved it!!!!!! I was happy to see her happy. Thank you for this amazing opportunity you give on making your own pizza.

It was my first time eating at Pizza Express and it was a wonderful experience with great tasty food. Definitely a great choice after the cinema which is next door, with really nice staff that make you feel really welcome. I had a young man that looked after me & my partner, he said his name was Billy and he was very nice and polite and helped us with the menu recommending a good pizza with sides which we were very happy with the choice and definitely was worth the money spent. He's costumer service was brilliant and with a friendly smile definitely someone I'd have on the team
Excellent location on Finchley Road in O2 centre and great pizza though Size was small for £ 11:95. That is the reason for 4 stars otherwise i would have given 5 stars. Anyway, good service and very clean restaurant. Pizza Express is known for its quality. Small suggestion, pleas have more varieties for Vegans and vegetarians.
Highly recommended for pizza making parties.
We had our daughter 7th birthday party today in this venue - 13 kids in total.
The crew managed the party very well and interacted with the children very nicely. All the kids had lot of fun making their own pizzas and loved the food (obviously, it's pizza!).
The children had their own nice and well lit corner for the party in the back of the restaurant. Most importantly, we did not feel pressed to leave the venue at the end of the party as happens in other similar places.
One of the children is celiac and there was no problem at all.
I have been to many pizza experts in London but this is my favourite. I think is also because I one of the nicest places in Kilburn High Road. The atmosphere is chic, modern and inviting. Staff are polite, helpful and quick. Food is not exceptional, but enjoyable and for overall services and especially atmosphere this place deserves 5 stars.
It was my daughter's birthday dinner and we had a lovely evening. Good food, drinks and above all a very friendly team, also the manager Christian whom was very attentive to our needs. Thank you Pizza Express, Finchley Road.
Quick service, standard menu. I'd recommend if you're after a quick bite before the movies. It was relatively empty on Saturday evening around 6pm, with loads of vacant tables.
Really nice decor. Food was good, service good. They had a restriction on sitting near the window as that section was closed. Bit annoying, since it's the best seats; was trying to impress my client.
Pizza was light, thin, crispy and toppings were tasty and plentiful. Young guy serving was really friendly and great with kids. Would definitely return.
