It's a fun hippy place I've to say in central london and in Sloane Avenue which is a very nice area in the city. When in the city I always go there on Mondays and Thursdays/ Fridays they're the best.

Dress up nicely and go there for a catch up with some friends with music in the background. Can't remember which day they had a live music player.
But I'd Yes go there again and again ...am never enough from this place! :-)

I really liked eclipse bar. Very trendy, lovely staff and fantastic cocktails. Had sushi and sashimi which were delicious but very pricey but hey you are in Chelsea after all. The place is usually packed do you are advised to go early to sip leisurely on that gorgeous watermelon martini!

Absolutely one of my favourite bars I love walton street everything anyway all the bars seem to tick all my boxes. Always a cool crowd in here, great music and they have a DJ in over the weekends. There is always someone dancing any night of the week and there watermelon cocktail is delicious.

This is a cool bar! The music there is really good and the cocktails are delicious! The down side is that the bar area is quite narrow and that on nights such as Fridays and Saturdays ordering a drink becomes a workout you weren't necessarily planning on doing. If you're looking for a quiet, calm cocktail night I wouldn't recommend this bar. But on the other hand if you're looking for really good cocktails, a chance to meet new people, and good music, this is the place to be. On some nights they even have this djembe (tam-tam) musician that plays along with the DJ.

Watermelon martini is STUPENDOUS! Our bartender, Rus, was very helpful with his suggestions. Great place for casual drinks.

My favorite place for s couple of years now. Been coming here ever since a friend showed it to me. The people working there are amazing, the drinks are top quality, love them all. Even though it’s a bar you can have a little dance. Always having so much fun there and will continue to come back. Shame they’re not open a bit later but because it’s a residential area they probably can’t.

Been around since before the 1999 eclipse on which it’s name is based. I was actually there in it’s opening night in Sep 96 I think it was. Hadn’t been for 8 years or so. I can’t say it’s changed much, menu and cocktails has certainly expanded, prices have surprisingly stayed low (for the area). Client base has drifted higher in age terms (along with us) and lower perhaps in quality terms, although that’s very subjective and indeterminate by a single visit. Good cost areas for a drink before or after dinner and agreeable music to 40+ year olds contributed to its 4th star for me.

I have visited Eclipse only a couple of times, both of them were on a Friday night. The first one was a rather spontaneous one but we liked it so much that we were forced to repeat the schedule after two weeks. The bar was quite packed and a bit hard to get a drink in your hand. However, when you do get a hold of one, you're up for a really nice night, surrounded by partying people. It's quite the usual mixed London crowd so no surprises there - I'm used to seeing all kinds of people around these parts. Service was not the swiftest and there was a rather long wait for the restrooms but that all can be overlooked due to the awesome ambiance.

It was amazing! The drinks were amazingly tasty and the service was wonderfully well done. It is small and cozy, the songs were awesome. And it's not expensive!

The cocktails are beautifully made. The bar staff and management are really lovely. The waitresses have a bit if an attitude problem but the cocktails compensate.
