One of the best pizzas I have EVER had, and I’ve had a lot in my time. Staff are very friendly and food is cooked fast and from fresh. Felt authentic and not just like another chain restaurant. Definitely worth the price.

On the other hand there is one guy there (bald Italian waitor) that is extremely up and down with his attitude. Sometimes he's nice and sometimes he's the complete opposite...as in RUDE.

First time ever eating in Pizza Express. Didn't know it was that pricey. The staff say Battersea branch serves halal chicken, I'm not sure about the other meat (but they serve alcohol). The staff went out of their way to show me their ingredients list and discuss what foods I could and couldn't eat
Had a really good experience here, the kids' menu pizza was the perfect size, thickness and amount of topping for my daughter, my pizza was absolutely delicious and the staff were so lovely.
You know it's good when they say you can pick where you want to seat. Hate it when I get put somewhere. The waiters ans waitresses here are very friendly. I do love this place there's something about the open energy here.
