Unique art pieces and retro furniture. Laid back atmosphere and friendly Alan to talk to. Great place to browse, chill, buy buy buy. Support your local trader

Just back from our inaugural visit to the super-chilled Retro Joe's, just up by Crystal Palace station. Lovely vibe and great fun playing obstacle pool with the kids on the mezzanine games area. Run by Emma and Alan, a local couple from across the Park in Penge. Just missed meeting Claire of Taylor and Abel. Our daughter chose some goodies from this sewing cornucopia. We'll be back!

I stumbled across Retro Joe with some friends after visiting Crystal Palace. One of the best finds I can remember having. Not only was the food delicious (and all freshly made!) but the owner and his wife were incredibly warm and friendly. I live in the East End (ie. coffee central) and I find myself trying to make up excuses to justify the hour-and-a-half journey just so I can go and visit again. Highly recommended.
