Amazing local city farm for free ( donations in case you want). Easy to access it, quite clean and they have a small forest path you can walk along. We visited two times! Just amazing!

Small but lovely city farm. My 2 and 3 year old definitely enjoyed it, animals looked well kept, a couple of empty cages but my kids didn't mind. They were also selling duck eggs when we was there.

Wonderful city farm with pigs, goats, chickens, and more for kids to enjoy. Situated close to Hagerstown park for a follow up playground visit. Easy to navigate with a buggy as well.

I've visited the farm with my 4 years old daughter and we spent there one hour. The farm it is smaller that the others we've visited in the past in London but is worth the visit. There is a cute cafe/resturant, a plant shop, a workshop laboratory where you can book a pottery clas for kids an adult, a woodworking space where you can learn how to make your very personalised kitchen utensils. The little shop was full of honeys, milks, handmade chocolates and on Monday you can buy fresh eggs from the farm. We very much enjoyed the vibe,  the facilities and the smell.

Such a cute little farm with local products. Love the animals, they’re so cute and each have their own personality. The farm resto is super cute and delicious too. Already been twice and will be back!

Always a great little stop with the little people. Staff are super friendly. The animals (though not many and pretty much what you'd expect at a little farm) are always nice to see. And the cafe on site is pretty good too. Glad this exists.

Excellent refuge from the noise of the city. It's free to visit but donations are welcome. It's easy to get here and access both by bike and walk (including with prams/strollers.) I did not try to get here by car as the area also well-covered by public transportation network, however, there's no direct access to the site by cars nor dedicated parking lots immediately on the territory of the farm. There's a small garden with various vegetables and some fruit trees; various domestic animals, some of which can roam freely outdoors: ducks, chickens, furthermore goats, pigs and donkeys. Well worth the visit. Enjoyable experience, especially for children so they can get a valuable experience by getting closer to the nature in the heart of the city. I can recommend.

Fantastic farm to take the children, to learn more about the farm animals. It’s really good, also they sell 100% organic and vegan food and is 100% fresh. Totally recommend for more people to come and visit and help the Hackney City Farm and give whatever donations you can give to help them thrive move. Job well done. 5 stars

This little farm in Hackney is a perfect place to take young children for a stroll. It has few animals (sheep, goat, chickens, ducks, donkeys), but enough to keep little ones entertained for an hour or so. I wouldn't recommend planning a whole day around this though. You can enter from Haggerston Park end (close to the tennis courts) or from off hackney road which is the main entrance.
