The best lebanese restaurant i have ever had.
I always try new places and this has been the best.
It is very clean the the food is amazing with a really good price. Would definitely recommend.
The Orange Room in Mile End, a Lebanese restaurant, is one of those places I was told about as soon as I moved to Mile End in 2008. The Orange Tree is unobtrusive situated on Burdett Road, among the many fried chicken and corner shops. If you did not know it was there, you would not look for it but I think that this is part of it’s charm. We have been there plenty of times. The owners (not sure if they are the owners but the same two men are always there) are very friendly and talkative. Of course I never had a camera with me until today. This visit was at the end of hot summer Friday. Tired from work we wanted to enjoy a light mezze meal with a cool can of beer. (You will have to bring your own alcohol because they do not have an alcohol license) We choose a mezze meal with Mousakaat B`Izeit (fried aubergines and chickpeas) with rice, stuffed vine
This is a nice Lebanese spot, nicely situated round the corner from Mile End station. If you live in the area you're lucky to get such a cuisine more commonly found in Central and west London.
The food had was very good, though I kept the order small only meeting up with a friend for a catch-up bite to eat. When back in the area I know where it's at, and so should everyone else!
Wow! Please come here and try the knafeh, baklawa, and the hot ful madames. It's so authentic and delicious! Lovely friendly service too. We came yesterday and liked the food (arayes, mixed grill, vine leaves, olives) so much that we travelled back tonight for more. So authentic and flavourful. This will be our new favourite go to. Thanks guys!
Its my favourite middle eastern spot. We come regularly. My favourite order is fattoush salad chicken wings and chicken liver but we order the wraps and the okra soup often too. Service is consistante friendly and helpful and the food is great! Our regular spot.
Great service and food. They have a great selection of hot and cold mezzes, which taste lovely. Their lunch offers were reasonably priced and recommend their chicken shwarma wraps.
Tasty and cheap. Update to your reply, You'd think so. But I turned up with kids @10.40 and we told closed. I thought you opened sooner.
Delicious food (5* falafel’s) and super friendly staff, what more can you ask for?!

Great food. A hidden gem of Mile End. The best mezze around!
Near the campus of Queen Mary Mile End and the Limehouse neighborhood, this well-run restaurant offers generous portions at good prices. We came with a large group of 25, and the staff was unfailingly courteous and accommodating. Offers vegetarian, vegan and omnivore options.
Great staff, very pleasant, the food was great but have the chilli sauce seperate as its very hot. Arayes is beautifully made and quite tasty. Would highly recommend.
Amazing. Food was spot on, reasonably priced. Service was fantastic, couldn't have been friendlier. Down from Glasgow and will definitely be back.
I didnt give 5 star beacuse its Michelin fine dining BUT because its a cosy, charming, friendly local business. Theres some lunch time bargain deals, including a starter, wrap and drink combo which was fresh, tasty and filling. Service was great and they were really accommodating about 2 of the 4 of us being vegan (there's options). Located accross from Mile End Park you can eat in or grab a takeaway and enjoy if in the sun (while it lasts)
Great customer service and attention to detail. First time here and the guy at the counter was very welcoming. I ordered shawarma and the cook was very nice as well and gave me lamb instead of chicken. The guy at the front gave me a discount and offered a coffee or tea on the house. I picked the tea since my voice is gone and my throat hurts. He brought me mint tea and gave me a discount for my food. Everything was excellent!
Top quality lebanese food at very affordable prices. Also customer service by Ali was brilliant. Would highly recommend to everyone as it is the best lebanese food in the area.
The menu had a variety of different options to choose from and the food was delicious. The staff were so friendly and made us feel so comfortable and happy! The mixed grill and homous were scrumptious and everything was at a affordable price.
I would definitely go back again!
