Not sure if the guy is the manager but he is always smiley and very pleasant. Great customer service! Quite rare these days!
I ordered a pizza without cheese, a lady called me to make sure it was not a mistake. Thank god because it was ๐ The pizza was great. The delivery man was all smiles and super nice. Recommended!

I lived in north Kensington for five years and must have ordered from here at least once a month on average. They have never, ever dropped the ball. Food is always hot and really quick and exactly as i ordered, the delivery drivers are friendly and they always come upstairs to deliver (3 flights) without complaint - unlike another pizza chain. I very rarely review anywhere but wanted to put it on record as I've now moved house and will have a new local. Just wanted to note how impressed i have been! Thanks to your team.

I have ordered from here a number of times. The pizzas always come very soon (within 20 minutes), and is hot and delicious. The one driver we spoke to was polite and patient when he couldnโt find our place.
Had no problems at all with this store. Pizza tracker said it arrived and after reading the reviews here I thought I wouldn't get my pizza. I called the store and the lady was very kind. The Pizza arrived 2 min later and tested delicious!
Really good and well cooked, I had the half and half with hawaiian and chicken feast on Italian base super tasty and was very prompt cheers ๐
