Always find Paul cleaner and quieter than any of the other coffee shop chains around.

I love their coffee. They make it nice and milky which I love and their desserts are to die for.

I'm staying off sugar for a bit, so just ordered 2 iced lattes and they were the brilliant pick me up that we needed after a 2 hour guided walk around Westminster area on a sunny day.

If you enter from the main road, it may seem like they don't have a lot of seating space. But there's a nice quiet room to the back (entry through the arcade) and given the stairs leading down, I suspect there is further seating at a Lower level too.

I visited this place first time. They took the order very fast and it was very quick. A think that can improved is the order should be delivered to the table by them and not the customer. Otherwise the whole experience was very pleasant. We asked for water and some ads in and they been very open to help and offer. Food: We had a sandwich and Eclair Paris Brest and hot chocolate. It's was unbelievable taste. The hot chocolate is true hot chocolate and not mix of powder and water. I was surprised by the taste. Eclair was taste also. I would suggest to take some water as in this combination it can be too sweet. The location is also very good and great music. I will visit them for sure for another hot chocolate and to try a different dessert.

Paul's Patisserie on Piccadilly offers a delightful selection of sandwiches, salads, pastries, cakes, and bread. The overall experience at Paul's is pleasant, with a charming ambiance that complements the delicious food they serve. The sandwiches are fresh and flavourful, with a variety of fillings to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer classic combinations or more adventurous options, you'll find something to enjoy. The salads are also fresh and vibrant, making them a great choice for a light and healthy meal. One of the highlights of Paul's Patisserie is their selection of pastries and cakes. From flaky croissants to decadent cakes, the bakery truly excels in this department. The pastries are buttery and perfectly baked, while the cakes are moist and beautifully decorated. It's an excellent spot to indulge in some sweet treats. Additionally, their assortment of bread is impressive, ranging from traditional baguettes to unique artisanal loaves. The bread is always fresh, making it an excellent addition to any meal or perfect for takeaway. The location of Paul's Patisserie on Piccadilly adds to the overall appeal, making it a convenient stop for both locals and tourists exploring the area. Overall, Paul's Patisserie is a charming bakery and café that offers a delightful array of food options. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, you're likely to find something satisfying and delicious here.

Good pastries. Not particularly friendly service though. But if you just want to take away a couple of apple tarts etc, it's not a bad spot.

Coffee is excellent so it's the pastries , some seating downstairs. Nice place to have lunch too from the busy Piccadilly road.

Very good bakery! The sandwiches are absolutely delicious. In comparison, I like the service at the location by the Tate Modern better, though.

Quick stop off for coffee. Very busy but managed to find a seat to rest. Toilets are locked and require a code to use.

Good coffee and great cake, unpleasant service. I know you hate working in hospitality (short haired non-binary? girl looking at you) but don't rush us to order when there is noone else waiting and you can see I am with an 80 year old woman, asking us repeatedly what we want when we haven't even had a look is not acceptable.

We went to PAUL several times while visiting London and enjoyed the food each time. The sandwiches and pastries are delicious and well-priced.We also bought cake for Christmas.

The pastries (apple turnover or whatever they call it) are flavorful & flaky--each time I visit London. While I prefer brewed coffee, there is no quibble with it --either. When I go there, service is prompt.

I have visited Paul's many times at Piccadilly location. Choice of food and presentation of food items is of extremely high standard. They sell most delicious food. Staff have always been polite and super efficient while serving or packing my pucrases.

I was impressed with the service I have received from the Manager and her staffs last Easter break. We bought a special deal online but arrived late after closing hours. The lady manager was very nice and made an exception to pack the food for us. I am deeply touch by this kindness and hospitality I have received! I hope she can be awarded employee of the month! :)

I give 4 stars for the quality of bread/pastries. Service is 5 stars for those English guys in the counter, it’s weird coz those male staff knows customer service very well than those other female staffs to whom I shall give 2 stars only.
