Was worth the walk, the apple crumble was lovely, hot and not soggy with nice custard.
Table was cleaned as soon as I sat down, pleasant efficient staff, the food for other tables that was served looked good (can’t help but have a nosey 😂)

Really nice atmosphere and the service is very good. Parking is a slight issue with it being on a main road and side roads being one way now. There is a car park behind the McDonald further down. There are different buses that pass through so you can get the bus there instead of driving.

I was trying to kill some time as I had an appointment which I was early for so popped in for a glass of wine. The pub was very clean, spacious, cheap and cheerful, so went back for lunch. They have an app to order table service, which I initially had an issue with as I couldn't connect wirelessly.
Nice environment, good attention, affordable prices and good quality-quantity-price relation. Beautiful local with this kind of British feeling and aura in the air. Cheap beers , what else?
Great food for the price! There's a weatherspoons closer to me but I travel to this one as they cook the food well and the specials they have are amazing value for money. Breakfast menu is the best priced anywhere too!! Highly recommended for a bite
Normally good, but when too many young people are there, too much noise, as they shout, not talk normally. I feel staff there should be more aware of this problem and control them. Otherwise it's fine !
Great menu for whole family with fair prices. My daughter loves unlimited hot chocolate :)
The only negative thing is that tables could be wiped a bit more often. But the food is worth it 🙂

It’s a Wetherspoon pub, table service was a bit disappointing as I had to end up going to the bar to get my drink after it didn’t turn up, normally it’s quite good
