This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Peckham. I went with my little one for lunch and tbh wasn't expecting much (my first time). Then we ordered the roasts. The staff was great. Food looked fantastic when arrived and it tasted delicious. The half portion for kids was not small and we will be returning soon, I am sure!

Food is absolutely fantastic, good selection of food and drinks. Staff really friendly. Very nicely decorated vintage chic. Would definitely recommend this pub for the food to anyone in or around the Peckham area. Well worth travelling to. This pub never disappoints.

I didn't expect to be there... plan was for the choir to go somewhere else. Alas keyholder failed to turn up. Without question they let us use space to rehearse, and had a good range of beer. I will certainly be back - next time to sample the food!

Loved the range of drinks - especially the Gosnell's Honey Mead - and the Cajun Street Food was delicious!

Beautiful decorated local and good service! I would love to come back for a pint and hang out . The Meny had a lot of vegetarian dishes and other interesting dishes . So it was probably due to the high expectations that this place only gets 4 stars from me. I had the fried cheese with honey and my company had the squid (which was good) and the burger. We shared the tofee pudding with ice. So perfect as a pub and just a little bit more love from the kitchen - will make this into a great place to eat as well.

The staff were really friendly and the food was great! I had a BLT and asked for eggs instead of bacon - they were more than happy to do the substitution and I ended up with a delicious sandwich with 3 perfectly poached eggs!

Trendy pub, nice staff, and really really good food. It's standard pub fare in terms of what's on offer, but done really well. Possibly the best pub burger I've eaten. Small but decent selection of beers too. Big thumbs up.

My girlfriend and I come here at least once a month just for the Sunday roast.. we've travelled miles before just to come here. Great food, more than reasonable prices, friendly staff and a really lovely venue. Worth a try for the roast at the least! Especially good for vegetarians, as the veggie roast is always amazing and done properly, not just lots of vegetables!

Visited randomly on a Wednesday evening to meet a friend who lives relatively locally. Very nice pub, good food and good value (paid £7 for sausage and mash in a lovely gravy). Not too busy but not too quiet. Stumbled on the quiz evening which is well organised and good balance of qs. Staff also friendly. Would recommend if in the area. Oh, and beer of the week was pretty terrible but you can't win at everything. 🍺

Great selection of real beers, and the weekend street food pop-ups have been excellent. I like the fact that Antic are giving small businesses a leg up by letting them use their kitchen until they're ready for a permanent solution. (I'd be happy with the rotating Pop-ups actually.) Love the decor - a mix of vintage furniture and exposed wood and concrete, but not in a fashion victim sense. It's a very down-to-earth vibe, with friendly staff. A welcome addition to the Queen's Road side of Peckham.

Nice pub, isn't open too late and doesn't do any cocktails. Love that they have a big kilner jar of water for you to enjoy though, this was a welcome after a lot of beer 🤣 all in all a really nice pub, would love to try the food as it looked fantastic on other people's tables

Great little Peckham watering hole. The Wednesday quiz is great fun, for all levels! Fantastic selection of craft brews, including some local ones, and a goid selection if live music. The new kitchen has some great dishes at decent prices

A very good Sunday lunch, delicious in fact, and delivered with excellent prompt service. Good enough selection from the pumps. Friendly and competent young staff. Loses points for its unfortunate subterranean location which means natural light is hard to be found. And look out the window and the views aren't that joyful. Final negative comment is really the music... For a lazy Sunday lunch I'd like a more appropriate playlist... If they can craft a time appropriate playlist, i could happily sit there for a lot longer. But do go.

As always Antic knows how to make a pub cozy. Great decor through out and good selection of drinks. The burgers were terrific! It's a great pub to get away from the hustle and bustle from the pretencious hip Peckham Rye and Blenheim Road haunts

Seems a cool place. Would be better with a few obscure beers not just one.

Found this little gem of a pub tonight, good beers and then ordered some food . The menu didn't look like it fitted in the with pub let alone the surrounding area , then wow .. the food came out presented really well and the taste did not disappoint, so much so I had to try the Poached pear for pudding . Again it did not disappoint .

Cosy, brilliant wine, great beer and fantastic music choices. Top notch pub quiz on a Wednesday. Best of all, you can have a chat and actually hear each other speak. Best pub in peckham

Great vegetarian burger and lovely atmosphere. Considering how close it is to busy peckham, the place is pretty quiet. Decent size seating area. Only downfall is there is no garden but lovely for winter

This place has the best Wednesday night pub quiz! L It is tucked away down melon road.. but worth a look - Good beers and quite spacious so good for big parties.
