Giving this 4 stars because they delivered late at night and extremely quickly. I ordered a half grilled chicken meal with hot sauce. The chicken was juicy and well cooked, and the spice was just right. The chicken comes served with a piece of flat bread, a lemon wedge and chilli. Not as good as Nando's but still worth a try.

This Chicken Cottage stood out to me mostly due to the good service i received, especially during peak hours where you would expect to to get rushed or the level of service to falter.
I went in their for a quick lunch, around 1pm, which is about the same time as most people are taking their lunch break, the space is quite big and id even go as far as saying its slightly bigger than your average chicken shop.
The food was good, i chose the Mountain Burger meal whilst my friend chose the grilled peri peri chicken. Both meals tasted great, no complains here!
The staff were friendly, even during busy peak hours! As we were waiting for our meals for quite some time (15 minutes) the man serving us said he throw in some extra wings for the wait [scoreeee].
A short walk away from the LSE campus . Not an absolute spic-and -span place but nevertheless good with food .
Reasonably priced - only a little clumsy . Chicken nuggets - definitely a treat here :)
I have been thier customer for more than ten years, ever since it was called Chicken Cottage. This place is famous for their mouthwatering fried and grilled chicken, both of which are very tasty. I feel that the taste of the food is getting better everytime I visit. The service in the restaurant is very good. However, the number of tables is small, compared to the number of visitors. In addition, the tables are not cleaned after each use, which causes inconvenience.
It’s wonderful to have deep fried chicken in the midnight. I would say the flavour is a little bit off to me due to the taste I used to have in my homeland. I personally prefer more aromatic with various spices and herbs. This one is more herbal to me, yet it’s still quite nice. All staffs and people show up in the night is kind, which is a plus to me as well. Next time I think I would learn how to appreciate it.
It was surprisingly good. Only place in London where i went again as experience was good. Grilledchicken with rice was very good and i will recommend. Service was great as well. Second time i found few burnt rice in it. Probably they have to work on the quality.
I usually go there for lunch. I have tried almost everything, and they never disappoint. Taste is up to the mark with enough quantity of food. The meat is always properly cooked, unlike others cafes around.

Great staff, with almost no waiting time. Perfectly spicy and affordable meals with lots of food for the price. I had the spicy rice box and boy was it good. For the cheap price i went away happy and well fed. (I even had to go back a few days later and get another spicy rice box, it was that good!) Here is a photo of said food (and a happy looking customer).
Good was very nice. Chips were nice, and the chicken burger was too. Good price for central London, Chicken burger meal was £6.69. For Sunday evening, it hit the spot.
It’s a much better alternative to KFC especially due to their grilled chicken selection. However be ready to pay the £2-£3 extra compared to KFC.
Staff are friendly and service is fast.

The grilled chicken was super tender and well marinated with those sauces they had. Highly recommended to buy the grilled chicken if you ever visit. The fried chicken was decently juice but wasn’t quite to our liking. We ordered a meal so it came with fries which was surprisingly good as well.
This is tasty, similar with fried chicken in Indonesia, especially for hot chicken wings. For Indonesian who looking for familiar fried chicken, you could order the menu. Hot chicken wings.
Ordered for me and my colleague while working at a local university. BOGOF uber eats offer. Lovely tasting chicken and chips, generous portions and extra satchets of sauce provided. Yummy
Brilliant. Usually have take away and delivery but I got the delivery service wrong. We sat in and ate our food. The place was very clean. Very friendly and efficient. Thank You very much
Love the food here, comes here when ever in central london, but at my last visit something unfortunate happen as food i ordered was out of stock Mr. Osama gave an exceptional service for us and made my day.
