Every time I go to London, yes EVERY time,i end up in a Caffe C! If I want a little breakfast? Caffe C. If I want something yummy for lunch? Caffe C. If I need a cup of tea and a slice of something sweet? Caffe C. If I want to impress a friend? Caffe C. Dinner? Caffe C. Want some cake and/or macaroons to take home and enjoy later...? You get the picture? Only tiniest thing I would change to make the experience absolutely perfect? Fine bone China tea cups! There is something so sophisticated about bone China, and as you have put such effort into making our experience as elegant as possible this would be my only suggestion! Also, I'd like to take a moment to congratulate you on having such smiley, polite, friendly patient staff. We arrived with 4 kids 2 in buggies and 3 adults. The youngest was happily breastfed and we were all looked after. The kids were a tad disappointed you had no marshmallows for your concerto hot chocolate. But we were well looked after! Thank you.

My boyfriend and I stumbled across this place on Sunday whilst roaming the high street and visiting The Saatchi Gallery! What a find it was! Neither of us had ever heard of Cafe Concerto which is odd now I know there are so many scattered over London! We decided it looked lovely, attracted by the glamorous decor and glorious looking cakes inside!

Once we entered we were immediately sat at a table for two and handed menus. We took in our surroundings, lovely furnishings, posh chandeliers and waiters/waitresses in black and white waistcoats giving an upmarket feel to the place!

We ordered two pasta dishes which were both lovely and served in great big portions, exactly what we needed as we were starving! I also had a warming hot chocolate with a big dollop of whipped cream, just what a girl wants, perfect! Overall the food was a pleasant experience, definitely to be revisited, although the same can't be said entirely about the service here.

The staff took a considerably long time to serve us after we had been seated, even just to take a drinks order which we thought was quite odd. We put this down to the fact that they were quite busy although this view quickly changed when a couple who entered after us got served before! As a team they don't seem to have any order to their service or sectioning (i.e. who is looking after what tables). All of them just decided to serve who they wanted when they wanted! Likewise our drinks took ages to arrive, alongside our food, so overall quite slow!

Other than the poor service we would definitely re-visit for the food, it was very enjoyable, alongside the atmosphere.

I like the decor in Caffè Concerto and the staff is friendly.
I think the desserts in Caffè concerto are a must try as they are super delicious. However, the food is not bad either but nothing mind blowing.
I always wanted to find a good place in London where I can enjoy a nice duck breast. I still haven't found it :(. The dish was beautifully presented but the taste and texture of the meat not what I expected. And I absolutely love duck. My friend had sea bass which was very well cooked.
Overall, a good experience and I'm definitely going back to try something new.

This is a really good caffe! In my opinion I believe that they make one of London's best hot chocolates! And on top of that they have an amazing patisserie menu which I personally can never resist looking at and ordering from when I'm there. Their lunch menu is also good, nothing out of the extraordinary but I have now been there for lunch several times and have never been disappointed with the food. Price wise I believe that their food to cost ratio is very fair. This is definitely a place that I would recommend.

Very nice place to have tea with family. Hannah was very welcoming and greeted us at the door. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, and my children loved it. Salmon sandwich was amazing. Desserts were top tier.

Lovely food here, great choices for lunch or dinner, a great place for cakes also, we have a great luncheon here, all foods except salad come within proper time, only salad that we need to chase several times before get it at last...

We bought my birthday cakes from here . It was amazing . Especially the bowls full with pistachios cream and cake. I have no idea what’s it’s called. The chocolate cake was lovely and creamy.

After visiting the Saatchi Gallery, my son and I went for lunch at Caffè Concerto on the King's Road. The decor was lovely and bright with a cherry blossom tree in full bloom inside, which was a nice touch. I had seafood risotto, a rossini cocktail and a lemon cheesecake for dessert. My son had a spaghetti carbonara and they were happy to package the rest as he is not a big eater. The risotto was the perfect temperature, al dente and gorgeously creamy with visible seafood. The lemon cheesecake was not lemony throughout but just on the top which was a shame. Staff were friendly and efficient. It's the second time I have visited the chain of cafe and both times it is quite pricey, but I love their food so I'm willing to pay.

Another lovely lunch here in the Kngs Rd. We are regular customers here and are always made to feel welcome by the friendly staff, especially the manager whom we know as “Bertie”! This branch has a very “local” feel with lots of regulars who we have also got to know. I only there were more places like this!
