Have attended several events at Cannon & Cannon and always enjoy it. They're a good addition to Borough Market and make fantastic meat, full of flavour and taste amazing!
The Meat & Beer evenings are lots of fun and varied; I've done three of them and there's always something different on the menu.

The venison chorizo, seaweed and cider, the wild boar (which i hope you guys will do again) was amazing and miss it so much - need to go to Borough Market soon so i can stock up!

Just experienxed a wonderful cured meats butchery class here led by Hugo Jeffreys of Black Hand Food. Really terrific experience, learning how to break down half a pig, cure meats and hand-cured our own bacon, which I can't wait to try. Left with about 10 kilos of rare breed pork in every cut imagin
Got a gift from the website, first items I tried were incredible (The Soy and Pinapple Billtong being a particular winner). I actually had a slight issue with a couple of the items but, despite the issue probably being more down to the method in which we'd stored the items, the company were willing

Good British charcuterie. Loved the Mushroom & Truffle salami - not too over-powering - enough for you to enjoy the truffle but also still taste the quality of the meat.
