Nice and clean on a Saturday night. Efficient service too. Food was piping hot which is a bonus as sometimes you don't always get that at a KFC.

After my recent experience at Gloucester Road I must say I wasn't expecting much.
But the service was excellent!
The staff actually looked happier and hence customer service is great!
The waiting time was minimal despite the crowd.

Better and more consistent than a few years ago. The electronic ordering board, and more professional staff are an improvement. Always clean whenever I've visited.
The restaurant at Clapham Common still has the edges on food quality.
I don't know whether there's new staff but it's the best quality and freshness of food for a couple of years plus nothing was actually missing from the order 😉
This KFC is something else. Elegant and professional staff and the food was fresh and delish.

Ordered some food went to sit down and dropped my chips as was being clumsy. Lovely staff member told me not to worry as I attempted to grab my chips from my chair and stuff them back in the packet 'without anyone noticing.'
