A lovely little spot opposite London Bridge, Shard entrance and next to Guys Hospital. I regularly pop in to see the exhibitions and to have tea and cake. They have a delicious brioche stuffed with Mediterranean veg. More often people are working on their laptops in the cafe area or the study area. Staff are very friendly- I find it to be a warm and welcoming place.

Modern and spacious cafe in grand GEORGIAN building. Waitress service at lunch time and a buffet service for coffee and toasted sandwiches. Free wifi. Friendly staff. Good food (nice choice for non meat eaters).

A lovely calming place. Sat outside in the square watching the world do around. The member of staff serving was lovely especially as we couldn’t make our minds up with what to have but she was patient and courteous. Also they knew we were outside to bring my coffee which I would have bet against. Lovely place and great service. .

Such a cute find! I was wandering along right after a doctor's appointment at Guy's and saw a sign saying they served hot food and drinks at the café. Went in to a really cute café with very friendly service and spaciously laid out benches and tables. I ordered Portobello mushrooms with an egg on the sourdough (£5!) And a cup of peppermint tea (£2.50). It was delicious! The mushrooms were so so tasty and the portion size was really good. One of the waitresses told me that they serve breakfast all day, that would easily make a nice light lunch. Although the exhibit sounded fascinating, it was closed - but now I have more reasons to come back!

A text-book, standard-pack contemporary interior is spacious and comfortable overlooking the historic Hospital forecourt. Also find here an unusual souvenir shop A limited selection of ‘lite-bites’ reveals little in the way of surprises and likely to appeal/cater to most tastes. Recommended.

A great cafe with relaxed ambience. We can get food and beverages discount with student ID card esspecially for kings student. I bought a flat white for just £3. There are plenty space either inside and outside area. As a part of Science Gallery, The place is also near the famous london bridge station overlooking The Shard in Central London.

What a fantastic jem we found this morning. Came out of Borough Market, nothing we fancied there until we saw the "Cafe board" outside, so we walked in the Science Gallery Cafe entrance to a wonderful spacious very clean eaterie. We had a smoked bacon and fried egg in a homemade roll/bap. I'm not sure what the roll was made of, but it was delicious and soft and full of flavour. 2 coffees and 2 slices of banana bread. Full and content, we left to return next time we are in the area.

Pleasant environment. Great shame they don't take cash.

Lovely brunch here with fresh seasonal ingredients. Great coffee but in a cafe of this quality I would have expected china cups rather than single use cups and plastic lids. If you ordered tea you could have a teapot and china cups but not for the coffee lovers.

Nice quality food for what advertises itself as a cafe. You can order cafe stuff from the front, or sit down for table service. Prices are a touch on the high side, but the food is mainly worth if. If you have a Kings College ID you will get a discount. The service did seem a bit disjointed, with the till/coffee staff, waiters, and kitchen staff not working smoothly together. Food isnt brought out by the people who take your order, so lots of food going to wrong tables, late arriving orders etc.

Really pleasant place to spend time and relax from the world outside; great staff - attentive, friendly and efficient. Pastries and coffee - first class and interesting (if not a little bit on the generous side). As others have mentioned the space is well designed and spacious. I am really struggling to see what there is not to like!!

This is a lovely space, you can grab a takeaway coffee or sit and enjoy lunch. Wonderful soups and bread or delicious cakes or scrumptious salads. Seating indoors and outside. Great value. Lovely area so close to The Shard and The Thames
