A lovely little spot opposite London Bridge, Shard entrance and next to Guys Hospital.
I regularly pop in to see the exhibitions and to have tea and cake. They have a delicious brioche stuffed with Mediterranean veg.
More often people are working on their laptops in the cafe area or the study area.
Modern and spacious cafe in grand GEORGIAN building. Waitress service at lunch time and a buffet service for coffee and toasted sandwiches. Free wifi. Friendly staff. Good food (nice choice for non meat eaters).
A lovely calming place. Sat outside in the square watching the world do around. The member of staff serving was lovely especially as we couldn’t make our minds up with what to have but she was patient and courteous. Lovely brunch here with fresh seasonal ingredients. Great coffee but in a cafe of this quality I would have expected china cups rather than single use cups and plastic lids. If you ordered tea you could have a teapot and china cups but not for the coffee lovers.
